They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area only a few mins from Sea World at a good price

My stay was nice . The interior might be a bit outdated but it was till comfortable and nice .

Location excellent

Easy check in, close to everything. Has a pool, hot tub, as well as a small kiddie pool and playground.

My family stayed here during a cheer competition. The property is slightly removed from the busy roadway, so it felt less busy and quieter. The girls loved the pool! I loved the space and cooking ability of the condo.

Clean and comfortable. Property was well described. Interiors are a bit dated but comfortable. Pool area is well maintained, clean and water was the perfect temperature. Wifi has great coverage but on the slower side. Great location, 5 minutes from SeaWorld, 10 minutes to Universal, 15 minutes to Disney Springs.

I have stayed at this property several times and each time is better than the last. I will always choose this property for my Orlando stay.

Great location for a quick one night stay in Orlando. 10-15 minutes to parks.

Property location was good however, the suites needed updating desperately.

Stayed there many times

All of the people at the front desk were very nice. There was an issue with checking in but the problem appeared to be with hotels.com and not the hotel itself. However, at check in I was informed there was a resort fee. (Guess I missed that but based upon the pictures and description of the resort was not expecting such a fee.) As we arrived late at night I assumed the hotel was much nicer than expected. However, the next morning in the daylight I saw that the resort fee was only there to make the nightly charge appear lower. Nice pool area but nothing special plus a 24/7 fitness area in a separate building. (In the 5 days we were there i saw one person use it.) The suite was large but the one aspect that immediately stood out was that the only items in the unit less than 20 years old was the televisions. Nice LG tvs but very small in size. Everything else definitely needs to be updated. As I mentioned the front desk staff was nice but any other staff we encountered were very rude. Staff sped around on golf carts and had no respect for pedestrians or cars. The staffs goal was to get to where they were going first and they would not give the right of way to anyone else. Staff also parked their carts as close to the buildings as possible thus taking up the best parking spaces. They also would park so close to vehicles in handicapped spots that I have no idea how an able bodied person, let alone a handicapped person, would be able to get into their car. Cockroaches!

Outstanding service and Condo at a very reasonable price I have already scheduled another visit this year and plan to be back in 2026 as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. I had a great vacation in Orlando and hope to return very soon 😀

This property is nice. Very quiet but very close to theme parks.

The buildings are vintage 1970s-1980s, so they have typical cracks as they have settled over the years. This could allow for pests to enter, but the diligence of the room service staff along with the maintenance staff and the resulting cleanliness of the facility make it difficult for the critters to access the property.

Affordable 2 bedroom condos

The property was good. The parking is the absolute worse. They will charge additional fees upon arrival. Half of the amenities were closed.

The place was clean except for some dirty sheets on one of the beds. There was an odor in the room probably due to old carpet The grounds were well kept. It felt safe The Wi-Fi was very unstable unless you pay extra. Bad cell phone signal while inside the rooms.

The property is very old, smells moldy, ants in kitchen, roaches in bathroom crawling through broken floor tiles. Stay away from this place. When l checked out l was asked what my room number was, not asked how my stay was- they don't want to know and they don't care! Two nights was more than enough in this place. Resort fee for ZERO amenities- stay away!!

I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a newer improved room. The only issue is it wasn’t and the TV in the second room didn’t work. I asked on the morning of our last day for someone to fix it and to bring us towels and sheets at 8:30 in the morning it was never done so at 9:30 at night when I got back I had to ask again for those supplies
