Our stay at Hotel Tres Reyes was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. We were lucky to have a room with a view of the Lago Nahuel Huapi, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Waking up each morning to the lake and the majestic Andean mountains was an experience that’s hard to put into words—pure magic. The hotel is centrally located, just one block away from the main street, which makes it very convenient to explore Bariloche on foot. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, even larger than many we’ve experienced in European hotels, which makes a big difference for a relaxing stay. Everything was spotless, with an excellent level of cleanliness throughout. The hotel interior has a charming alpine feel, with warm wood paneling and a beautiful lobby facing the lake and the Andean mountains, featuring large windows that allow you to fully take in the breathtaking scenery. The hotel also has a practical elevator for four people, making access to the rooms easy and convenient. But what truly stood out was the excellent attention from the staff—always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. They made every moment even more special. We leave with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and truly memorable experience.

The lake and mountain views are amazing. The hotel is right on the road by the lake. The hotel is a big stone European style building with lovely large spaces on the main floor for relaxing, billiards, and breakfast. The room we had was the cheapest. It was small but met our needs. Windows open for fresh air. No air conditioning.) They will give you a fan if you ask. Great location in center of town.

It would be good to vacuum the floor not just sweep, to pick up hair! It would be great to have soft music or piano at the lobby sitting area in evenings, specially when it rains people are dtuck and its dead air in the sitting area!

The hotel has no air confirmation. You need to oen the window to have air in the room and the street is noisy all night. If you need parking you need to pre book it with the hotel and hope you will have parking avilibal for you. The staff are very nice but it dise not help when you cant slssp

The property was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Lakeview rooms with a beautiful view, but noisy with traffic at night.

Travelling in Argentina for a while, this was the worst hotel I stayed in. Location was good, close to all the shops and restaurants and right opposite Nahuel Huapi Lake.  I paid extra and booked a Lake View room. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. They never greeted you and instead chatted amongst themselves or sat there playing with their phones.  I had called, messaged and emailed the hotel multiple times to tell them of a very late-night arrival, yet I was ignored and nobody responded to me.  When I arrived, the gentleman said they had received my messages.  Could you not respond? Lazy and did not care about guests. They did not offer any airport transfers, laundry or tourist services. I was rudely told that they cannot help me with airport transfers. First time I see a hotel so unhelpful. The rooms were not spacious as advertised on the website.  What you see on the website is totally different to what you get in reality.  It was like stepping back in time.  Old-fashioned, dark and dingy. WIFI was sporadic, not the best.  Breakfast was awful. Mainly a cold breakfast.  If you want a hot breakfast, then there were only scrambled eggs.  Limited choice of breads, pastries, cereals and cold meats mainly. Not fresh. One evening, I asked for hot water at the hotel bar and was told I couldn't have it. The day before I left, I had a note left in my room reminding me that I was checking out the next day and to vacate by 11:00.  Are we really that stupid?

The hotel staff helped me choose a cool room and were always happy to help with any questions. The room was very quiet, there was almost no sound from the street. I liked the view of the lake from the window.

Pésimo servicio de un empleado varón con pelo largo. Mala actitud, poca elegancia e irrespetuoso. Las facilidades en mal estado, hongo en los baños. No lo recomiendo.

I like staff I like the clean I did not like the toilett because it is getting old, it need to get replace the cover and the Window is lose It is going to fall But it is good

The staff and location were wonderful. The breakfast each morning was great. Yummy medialunas! The reviews about the street noise were 100% correct. I booked a lake-view room, thinking, "How bad could it be?" Pretty bad. I don't know if non-lakeview rooms could hear the noise. If not, I'd book here again. Even with the noise, I'd probably book here again because it really was such a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also, knowing that I could enjoy the lake view from the breakfast room each morning would be okay by me for booking a non-lakeview room. Really enjoyed our time here, and appreciated the staff's hospitality. Especially considering my Spanish is basic at best, but their English was just right.
