Old hotel with some renovation been done. We had a large room which was able space Bedding top cover was Washed but had permanent stains.

There was chewed gum with hair on the floor and the room smelled dusty. It was so gross I didn't want to touch anything. I left to another hotel. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I think the worst was at Gandara Hotel on Hermosillo, Fiesta Inn a close second place. The reason this hotel has a good rating is because location is five stars. Other than that it's all zeros

Very nice and professional staff, very clean rooms and breakfast buffet and good and hot. The hotel is very old now and shows it’s wear however there have been some minor upgrades to the rooms and bathrooms to make up for it. The wide and long hallways are empty and the courtyard is dead plants and just looks very unkept. I hope this very nice hotel can return to its glory. Definitely deserves it.

No me gustó que la refrigeración del cuarto no funcionaba, tampoco el teléfono y tuve que pedir cambio de habitación; además que la alberca estaba muy sucia, el agua turbia. Tuve que cancelar la segunda noche de estancia y hasta hoy no he obtenido respuesta ni reembolso.

i went to the city just for work, my production days were long and when i got to the hotel they were fixing a lot of things, it was very noisy with drills are morning and really affected my resting, the rooms looked unfinished and had electricity problems

El hotel estaba centrico pero no ruidoso, el personal fue super amable y esta ubicación cuenta con cargadores para carros electricos. En cuanto a limpieza las sábanas estaban limpias pero el cuarto en si estaba en polvadito y hasta me encontre una botella de agua vacia detras del mueble de la tele. Lo recomiendo por su cercania al hospital si alguien necesita estar al pendiente de algun ser querido. Or ultimo el personal de el restaurante fue super amable. Tienen muy buen equipo en este hotel.
