Plenty of parking, good bar / food options. Room had proper A/C & not just a fan. Will stay next time we visit the area.

I was placed in a room right near the front entrance, where there was screaming and shouting late into the night. I asked reception multiple times to address the issue, but my requests were ignored. I then requested a room change and was moved to an even worse room. To make matters worse, when I requested a late check-out due to the poor experience, I was charged an additional £25. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service and handling of this stay.

What a lovely stay, room was comfortable, staff were so lovely, breakfast was great with gluten free options and almond milk available too, the spa area was in great order.

Very relaxing break at this lovely hotel&spa.The pool and spa facilities are 5 star -highly recommend.Showers very clean and pool and jacuzzi really good. Things which were oddly missing:safes or mini fridges in the room.Was inconvenient carrying purses around Breakfast though lovely could do with more vegetarian options and fruit/yoghurts etc Staff were lovely from Alison at reception to the staff at the Spa.I would give it a 5 star

Tv remote did not work. Breakfast supplies not replenished for quite a time after a large group consumed most of them. Room service failed to make up bed or replace used coffee cups. Who knows what else they failed to clean. Room generally felt tired.

Used just for one night. Staff friendly, room was nice. Great bteakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel 10 times now. Always a lovely stay. However on our first night we got woken up with a dog barking which ruined are first night. When we went to complaine the lady at the reception was very helpful her name was Alison. Asked if we wanted to change rooms and gave us a drinks voucher. I just feel we missed out on a relaxing stay.

Loved the room and leisure facilities. Room and bed were very comfortable. Restaurant on Wednesday 22nd April was a comedy of errors. Young lady checking people in was a bit out of her depth. Seemed rushed and really needed help. Waited over 30 minutes to take our food order. When the food came it was very good. Think management need to help this poor girl with more staff in the evening. Breakfast was tasty, but at over £200 per night B&B, expected waiter service and not a buffet.

We arrived at hotel a few hours before check in and I was not informed by reception that the spa was being closed early at 4.30pm due to maintenance work. When we checked in at 3pm we were then informed by a different member of staff the spa facilities were being closed early at 5pm, the spa actually closed at 4.30pm. We spent about 45 minutes in the spa before closing. I was not informed of the early closing of the spa facilities by email or phone as I spoke earlier in the week to a member of staff regarding my booking. We were annoyed and upset as we booked the hotel for my 65th Birthday specifically for the spa which we were led to believe was closing at the usual time of 7pm. We would therefore have booked another spa hotel if I was aware of the situation. The customer service was very poor and we were not happy at all.

Yes breakfast was amamzing

Everything good, evening bar service was a little slow but I think this was down to training being carried out

We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant.

Lovely stay. Excellent gym and pool facilities. Lovely clean room. I would say the squeaky floorboards are a bit of an annoyance when there are people above you as it is very loud. Also not sure if there was limited staff at breakfast but there was a lot of waiting around for plates, bowls, food, teabags, all of which kept running out as soon as they were replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay though...the facilities definitely made it for us

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The bar manager was very helpful during a very busy breakfast serving to accommodate our party of 9. The pool and gym facilities are lovely too. A fantastic family stay - thank you .

This was a family stay with a baby. Our room was right at the end and it was a long walk to get there with lots of doors throughout the lobby which was not easy with a baby stroller and our luggage. The room itself was fairly basic , even for a standard room. The breakfast was incredibly simple and was of a similar standard to a Travelodge or premier inn. The swimming pool and facilities were decent and would be the only reason we may consider coming back but will be skipping the breakfast next time.

Shower didn’t work and sink was blocked in the room. Some of the waiters needed more training in the dining room. Other than that fine.

Is a really lovely hotel. Rebecca cleaned our room really well and front desk on Saturday and Sunday morning was really helpful. We would definitely recommend staying and will be returning.
