We loved our stay, just 2 small things: 1. we have a large car and the carpark is very squeezy and 2. the meal prices in the restaurant were overpriced in our opinion.

Everything was fine ( one lift was out of service due to maintenance but not a real issue)

It was all beautiful the only thing would be the reception staff were not overly friendly but the other staff were exceptional

A great location and beautiful views but our apt had not been refurbed and the furniture was old, stained and smelly. The fridge was leaking, TV didn't work and bathroom smelt.

Excellent facilities, great location, staff indifferent.

The hotel was good, the only negative was the hotel lifts. One was of service for “renovations” and having just one lift for a hotel of that size just didn’t cut it, particularly during peak times.

Overall a great property - some attention to repair works in rooms where some items have been missed. Also the upgrade to the lifts did make things somewhat difficult

Located in a very convenient area for dining/shopping and looking out the lake.

Due to purchasing through your site motel was very unflex able with check in and other problems

Having onsite parking was an absolute blessing. We inadvertently booked on a day a festival was being held so parking was at a premium. The Hotel is working on their lift which is good because the old one is slow. Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. So comfortable.

After the renovation , the room are now fabulous and well appointed

Great location and looks to have been recently refurbished. Our room was massive and the buffet breakfast was great.

We had a wonderful stay Rydges Port Macquarie. The room was super spacious, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The pool are was great and even better that it was heated and warm enough for swimming in this colder weather. All staff were friendly and accomodating when we requested a few things. Parking is extra, however, we just parked on the street as there was plenty of parking available around the hotel.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The view was amazing! Staff is very friendly, always smiling and greets you warmly!

Had a great stay here on two separate occasions on our road trip! Wish the room service menu was bigger and had kid options but other than that everything was great - would definitely stay again.
