Beware - This hotel accepted my payment and then failed to communicate at all when I had to change the booking due to a flight cancellation. I have heard nothing from them about changing the booking or refunding my payment. Absolutely Terrible service!!

WiFi horrible slow response

Just a small room,,,

Stay was fine. Wasn’t worth the $350 a night as everything was super minimal. WiFi didn’t work at all in the room. Toiletries provided were the bare minimum, expected more for what you’re paying. Breakfast was not worth it either- only did the first day there then ate elsewhere

Good location but does not deserve its 4 star rating. Run down room and bathroom with dangerously slippery shower bathtub. Motion sensor turns on bright light illumination room when you get out of bed.

Place was wel situated in that part of Milan

It was a very modern, clean hotel with very nice employees. We arrived early and since our room was ready, they let us in early. We also overslept and checked out 30 minutes late and they didn’t give us a hard time. Very nice!

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s a 3 star at best, priced at 4 stars. Way too expensive for what it offers. Do not get fooled by the photos (like we did!). Rooms are tired, walls and furniture are dirty and over used, bathrooms have mould. Would not recommend staying here unless you desperately need to be close to the Duomo and can’t afford a bit more for a better hotel. Will not be staying again.

Staff and cleanliness got 5 Star but the room was much smaller than advertised and it was next to the buffet which was a problem early in the morning. Easily hear voices, children and staff. Also, bathroom was small and mirror positioned on an angle which made it difficult to see oneself.

Sonder is clean, relatively modern, room was ok. No closet, just a coat rack (which I found annoying) and a shelf for suitcases. Our room looked nothing like the pictures online. Staff was very helpful, friendly, breakfast was adequate, location is excellent. Close to Duomo, Leo3, grocery store and pharmacy.

The rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is located across the street from a variety of restaurants and within 10 min walk to the Duomo and several transport options.

Good rooms but horrible and filthy bathroom.

Rooms comfortable but very noisy. If you want a good night sleep don’t stay here.

Great hotel in a nice an calm area close to the Doumo and other sightseeing. Location was great. Room maybe slightly small, but enough. Clean and good condition.

Positives: fantastic location, reception team very helpful, common areas clean & welcoming, breakfast. Negatives: room small, shower leaked, plaster peeling off walls in areas of the shower, room very cold & could not adjust air-con, room decor drab & dated, too much communication from Sonder group. Overall we did not feel the room reflected the Sonder promotional material. We had a great time in Milan but at best an average time with our room. Your staff are great as are common areas but based on our experience with room 207 your rooms need some updating.

The staff was the best and you are close to the Metro, which can get you anywhere in the city in minutes.
