Comfortable room . Great location

Great location, clean, comfortable.

Th hotel has wonderful location but do not stay if you want to be able to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING- water from other toilets and showers, people talking and the elevator going up and down all night long. The rug in the stairs should be changed (looks old). Even though the room is small it is cute

The hotel itself was fine. The room was a bit smaller than expected. Bathroom was a nice nice but the water pressure was not great. Also, the way the shower was set up, water would always get on floor. The bathroom and room had a smell like maybe the pipes weren't vented property. The balcony was amazing! And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Near shopping and restaurants which was nice.

Clean room, great location.

Traveling with my husband and two children we stayed in a quad room. It was perfect for us for two nights! Excellent location in walking distance of most major sights, and lots of places to eat. Quiet room and helpful friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location at Puerta del Sol. Breakfast Excellent value at 14 euro. A/C could have been better but adequate Bathroom large and very up market. Staff nice. Lovely underised lounge on 1st floor.

The hotel is in the center next to plaza de sol , it’s a very busy area! Very touristy! But very close to Palace , park Retiro , De Prado , plaza Mayor , metro also walkable ! Full of shops and restaurants,touristy though! Around there is a mini mall with shops and a supermarket downstairs also a food market ! Great choices and the best empanadas ever !!! Very affordable! Hotel is very nice ,big bathroom but small room but working A/C which you need even in May !our room was from the courtyard very quiet and very clean , comfortable beds and pillows ! Working wi fi . Overall good place , helpful staff with information I think 24 hr desk , we felt safe walking around at night

Good location and clean room

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. They allowed us early check- in, which was extremely appreciatd,after being exhausted from our flight. The rooms were very small for our group but it was only for 1 night stay and the bathroom was cleam. Location was central. Would recommend for 1-2 days tops.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Moderno in Madrid. The hotel is very centrally located, which made it easy to walk to many attractions and explore the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with shower and personal care products. We also appreciated the very clean towels and robes provided during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was simple and easy, which made everything very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Spain
