Rooms and common areas spotlessly clean. Quiet. Frequent bus transportation to the city center. Everything in the room worked as it should. Supermarket right around the corner.

We were assigned to an incorrect room but was unable to switch to the correct room till 2 after. Other than that the staffs were great and very attentive.

Great parking on site. Reception staff really helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok and you had everything you needed. Convenient location close to the centre. Rooms and bathroom clean but a little dated but you had everything you needed. Complimentary refillable water machines is a bonus especially in the heat of September!

We really loved staying in this hotel. Our room was in a detached house and it was beutiful, very big, clean. Parking is paid 25e per night, not really cheap and it is a small parking so make sure to reserve it. One things that was not clear mentioned and it is misleading is the pool. It is not included in the price and as breakfast, parking, it is extra charge for it. Gym was amazing and definitely made this experience even better.

Lovely property in a quiet area. Close by to public transport to access the greater Firenze area. Spacious rooms with great fixtures. Pool and spa available on site for a fee.

On outskirts of town - (so outside ZTL zone) - good bus service though will get you to most places you’ll want to visit. On site parking is a bit steep at €25 per day. First rate helpful front desk staff always able to answer any queries. Nice breakfast & a couple of restaurants very close to hotel. Pool access charge is a little over the top though at €10 per person per hour (€20 if you want to use spa).

Family room in annex, nice bed but completely impractical bathroom, small and with shower in the middle of it just with curtains, leaving floor wet throughout, utterly ridiculous. Breakfast staff very nice, Elena particularly helpful

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Grifone and would definitely recommend to anybody looking to stay in Florence! We enjoyed the spa after a long travel day, and it was clean and quiet! Our bed was comfortable and large, and they sold bus tickets at the front desk which was super easy and convenient! Overall a great stay!

Great little spot outside the busy downtown area of Florence. Very spacious room with temperature controls and a nice walk in shower and what appeared to be a recently renovated bathroom. There was a strong smell of fresh paint when we arrived and a ladder in the room but no big deal. Opened the window to air it out and the rest of the stay was a blast.

Far from the action. Must take a bus. But this could be a plus to avoid the noise. Inside parking was a benefit. Shower (1 mt x 1 mt) had a cloth drape covering a mini window inside the shower! Stairs were so narrow that it was hard to climb with a suitcase!
