Sub optimal breakfast

Too far from Rome.

Room was neat and fine for our stay. Breakfast was good and glad there is a restaurant there as most restaurants are a drive away. No shampoo/conditioner and towel was different

This was just a super easy experience for a solo tourist, English speaking, driving a car and check in was super easy, everything I needed for a short trip to and around Roma was perfect, couldn't fault a thing, super freindly an easy service

Lovely hotel, nice and clean with old furniture what gives a travel back in time feeling. Very good breakfast buffet and easy to commute to Rome centre and Ciampino airport. Very friendly staff. Nice cheap and cheerful 😊. Grazie

Location Appia Nuova they need to add pedestrian to connect Apia Antica by via Pignatelli. Excellent on-site dining— on the terrace try the pasta arrabiata. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US. Oprah Winfrey murdered my family in Oct 2008 and black org crime kidnap pretending an arrest . Best of luck world we once enjoyed-

If you like to run or walk close to Appia Antica trail just fantastic

Super hotel situated in a quiet area just outside of central Rome. Rooms are quiet, large and comfortable. Staff are professional and friendly. Plenty of places to eat nearby and easy to get a taxi into Rome

Hotel itself is on quite a busy road, but it’s a lovely area close by, especially the park. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was nice

Excellent hotel in a beautiful part of Rome. Easy cab ride into City Centre but also has some excellent places within walking distance to eat and drink. Rooms and service immaculate

Nikolina is a great host. She helped us through entire processed and followed up closely. The location is perfect, in the middle of the old downtown. The unit we stayed has a separate kitchen and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a futon for extra ppl. It was all clean.

Good value for money

Would recommend this hotel, lovely place & friendly staff... Would be much better if they had a pool but you can't always get what you want lol, room is always clean, breakfast standard really.

The reason for booking this hotel was its proximity to the Appia way. We wanted to hire bikes and cycle along it. In the evening the hotel reception were not particularly knowledgeable,but thought the morning staff would be more helpful. Again completely clueless. It may be suitable for a business hotel, but for our needs it failed miserably.

Good experience, and a hotel well located to visit the City. Silent neighborhood to rest.

It was ok, but didn't know about added taxes for guests, had to dish out so much money for little things, and no wifi, it didn't even work
