The staff is unprofessional. The manager is unprofessional. They do not consider the person paying the customer. They’re very rude and ghetto.

I was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, but there was no microwave to be found anywhere. It was like trying to sleep in an echo chamber. Whoever got the brilliant idea to slam around cleaning what passes for a lobby at 4 in the morning was not appreciated. The room was clean but also like an echo chamber.

Not the cleanest

The sink sprayed water all over my shirt. The bathtub faucet would not turn off. It sounded like a snake, it has been like that for a long time because the drain cover was rusted. The shower drain cover was covered in hair. The corners of the bathroom had lots of dirt.

The stay was not good at all. We actually checked out after one night, and did not stay our second. We would have checked out immediately if there was another available option that night. The room was dirty, the tub had hairs, one of the light fixtures had no light bulbs in it, and fridge did not work. Also, the tv was broken... The staff was friendly enough, but that did not change the fact that the rooms were dirty with appliances and amenities that didn't work.

Had to reset keys every day. After checking in, room was not serviced at all for three days. Very disappointed

It’s a nice quiet

We had booked for 2 nights because we needed a pet friendly hotel since our Airbnb did not allow pets. My daughter and I stayed there with our puppy. First impression was to not even stay but it was late(my daughter was tired)and unfortunately I booked online and cancelling is impossible. There was water and mold underneath the sink, and the faucet sprayed water when using. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the e door(nicest towel in the room). The other 2 towels had stains on them. But even with the uncleanliness we stayed, and I tried to sleep. Until at 2:30 am someone tried to open our door and sleep was impossible after. At 7

Young lady at front desk was not friendly. Didn't seem to care for her job or me as a customer.

Very dirty and in disrepair. Requested a new room due to noisy neighbor upstairs above our room and desk clerk refused and hung up on us twice. Stay away from this property!

plumbing didnt work. no remote for tv. no microwave. had to change rooms because heater did not work.

We checked in at 6 p.m. and the room wasn't ready, but got the key. We left and came back at 9 p.m., the room was a smoking room that was clearly labeled non-smoking! Even the pillows/sheets smelled like smoke. Contacted the office, they didn't have any other rooms. Even with the air on and the window opened, the room still reeked of smoke. It triggered my husband's asthma! Had a very sleepless night. The desk clerk gave us a refund, but not sure it's legit, we'll see if it credits our account. . . Never again will we go to Motel 6.

First room a dive. The toilet & sink did not work. Second room still very run down, repairs not made, no microwave, and someone tried to enter our room 3 different times within a 3 hour period. Felt very unsafe.
