Unfortunately electrical outlets didn’t work well. We have a cpap machine and it would shut off during night due to loose outlet

Noisy A/C unit in room kept me from sleeping Not to mention the uncomfortable bed. I stayed here because of a power outage at home. But as soon as I heard my power was restored in the middle of the night I checked out. The Hotel looked pretty nice and Room was reasonably clean. The Receptionist at the front desk was nice.

The hotel looks recently renovated. Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty! We'd definitely stay in this hotel again.

Went to check in an hour after check in time and our room was still not ready. Once we got it, it smelled so bad of dogs. It was definitely used before us by someone with a smelly dog. I’m a dog person, but the smell was awful.

The property had no clean rooms even though we had reservations. Another lady and I had to cancel when the staff walked up to over 10 rooms and none were clean.

The body lotion location in the bathroom mounted on the wall…..below the area was filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. The bottom of fridge/microwave stand has brittle damages (embarrassing for not repairing or replacing them.

Staff was amazing. The hotel is ok, i did have an issue with my room but they switched my rooms no questions asked. Breakfast was not qhat i thought but coffee was good.

Decent hotel. Should be better given it’s location in the suburbs, A/C was barely functional and the shower needs new flooring

It was dirty, I understand for a certain price you get what you pay for I didn’t care for upgrades it was a short trip but minimum would be cleanliness. None of the outlets work and housekeeping was loud on the phone from 7am to 11am yapping away , never again

Pretty much what I expected. Clean room with the basic necessities. Good amount of space. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was the free breakfast. A few more choices would’ve been good. Otherwise, a perfectly fine stay.

Aside of the lack of cleanliness within the hotel and the bugs found in the room, effective management of the guests by the hotel was not present. Guests running up and down the halls, making noise and clearly partying made it difficult to have a restful night sleep. This went on for a while until we finally made the request to move rooms. Additionally, we decided to cancel our reservation and leave the hotel the next morning. A call was placed to the hotel management team regarding resolution at which I was told they would call me back. Weeks later, I’ve yet to receive a call back from their Manager to discuss our situation. Collectively, a terrible experience with very little concern for the customer experience within their hotel. Avoid staying here if at all possible.
