Sucks..no tv and wrong bed. Paid for a king bed got a queen.

Bit of a funky cleaning smell, gone after we opened windows. Very comfortable bed! Bathroom vanity SUPER low. Decent breakfast, good one night stay.

Hotel could definitely use some updating but everything was super clean, comfy bed and staff was nice and helpful. Very happy with our stay.

I have been coming to the super 8 for quite a while and the manager upgraded my room to the jacuzzi room because of my loyalty very beautiful room

The room had a musty smell. The toilet seat was loose. Another guest’s key opened our door.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the jetted tub, so we were disappointed to find that the jets didn’t work properly. It ended up being just a large bathtub instead of the jetted tub that was advertised. Overall, the room was nice, but since the tub was a big reason we chose this hotel, we probably won’t be back

Clean environment and very awesome staff

Prices in Kamloops when we booked were very high, we paid $213.00 per night. The floor in the suite above us squeaked horribly most of the night. There was a sports team staying there and from 9:00pm to 11:00pm all we heard were girls giggling in the hallway and doors opening and shutting. I did finally report it to the front desk and they advised me they would notify the coach but it did not seem to do any good. Was definitely not worth $213.00 a night.

Renovated rooms, decent continental breakfast and easy parking. Convenient location.

Thought the breakfast was a little lacking no bananas, no instant oatmeal and all out of boiled eggs

Hotel was relatively quiet. Room was a little dated but quite clean and had a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfy. There is no elevator but only 2 floors. Breakfast was simple (cereal, toast, yogurt, boiled eggs) and did feature waffle makers. Didn't have a chance to try the hot tub. Price was good. Would stay here again.

Pleasant people

Quiet clean comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Only glitch was we were put in one of the pet friendly rooms on the main floor which though clean retained some smell of dog body odor. We asked and were immediately relocated to a regular room which was very good. Great value.
