Staff could use more reservation training.

Comfortable bed

Short and sweet.

On check was given a room already occupied Room we eventually got looked old. Curtains were pinned together to keep them closed. No non skid floor mat in bathroom and no hand rails making it unsafe for handicapped persons - this could be a liability issue if anyone was injured

Room was clean. Looked like it had been recently remodeled. Employee was nice and helpful. We left before breakfast breakfast so i don't know what they had. It was in the middle of the city close by a convenient store and restaurants

This is an old property. I asked the front desk to replace or fix my coffee maker and they said yes they would be right on it to replace it. When I came back to my room, no one had entered the room and my coffee maker was still the same one. When I ask the front desk about it The woman got very defensive and refused to talk to me. She said that I was being rude to her, which I was not I just wanted answers.

It's good for the price. Nice staff and good location.

Reasonable price. The breakfast menu wasn’t too good.

Property was supposed to have a breakfast which it did not, office and the area where breakfast were supposed to be were closed and staff opened door just to grab my key to check out. Didn’t get a receipt or anything. Also side door was left propped open all night. Hallways very noisy. Bathroom was clean but there was a big crack in the sink and faucet was hard to turn on and off

My experience with Super 8 Motel was horrible, even my puppy, couldn't wait to get out of that terrible room in the morning. I will never stay at a Super out at Super 8 again.

More maintenance. I guess some would call cereal and a coffee breakfast but that is not much of a hotel breakfast.

We were absolutely thrilled with our suite..roomy, clean, but lacking a coffee pot, glasses for bathroom and there was no spoons or cutlery at all Other than that, we would definitely book again

The bathroom was acceptable for the price we paid, but the rest of the motel room was terrible. The room didn't smell good, the carpets were disgusting, the furniture was from the 70's, the sheets were very thin, and the curtains stunk like cigarettes. We arrived for the continental breakfast 45 minutes before it ended, but there was nothing there; just a few yogurts, 3 tiny oranges, 1 mini muffin from the grocery store, a half dozen slices of bread, very little cereal, and coffee. There was nothing to drink if you didn't drink coffee. I would never stay here again. It was upsetting.

Older property…..patched up here and there, but not well. Wouldn’t recommend unless on a budget or short stay and you don’t care.

The property was fine. However we asked for clean towels and never received any also was some food left in the freezer of our room fridge. Also for the brkfst there was no non dairy options.

hot water never arrived in shower. No milk cream or sugar available for coffee, 2 kinds of dry cereal or toast does not make a breakfast. We have stayed at other Super 8’s without these issues
