Room smelled somewhat musty and the manager seemed to have more important thing to do than wait on us.

Perfect for all the attractions around.

Clean room, nice laundry facility. Breakfast was fair - at best, non functioning security door during our 4 night stay— management propped it open with a rock. Asked for room service- got it one out of 3 days…. Need to “spruce” up the outside area so one can sit and enjoy- lobby sitting area is so small.

Nice clean rooms and convenient location.

The room was good. The only nitpick is the A/C unit was super loud. The bed was comfortable, the shower was updated and clean and the towels were soft. The pool and hot tub were great. My only complaint is the EV car charger was broken.

Decent….. middle of the road at best

we had a very good time the room was clean and quiet beautiful only when I went to use the bathroom in the morning the toilet overflowed into the hallway making it impossible for me to use the bathroom or the vanity area so my husband and I had to check out early. unfortunately we were not offered any compensation for the mishap

Clean and comfortable

Nothing fancy, but clean and pet friendly.

I was disappointed that every day the staff changed the key code and had to go each day to have it fixed. Big inconvenience. Buffet was nice and orderly.

Close to Custer State Park, breakfast included.

Everything was as expected except the EV charger was broken.

This wouldn’t be my top choice considering options in the area.

Nice, clean, good breakfast.

Good location and breakfast. There were noisy guests in the room above us late at night and the front desk staff took care of it immediately.

Side door wouldn't open all the way. Hard to get luggage in
