Roaches in room and ac didn’t work

It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen besides prostitution hotels in movies. The couch had blood stains on the couch. The room smelled musty and like stale cigarettes. There was a junkie asleep in the parking lot.

The check in clerk was very kind and helpful. He changed our upstairs room to ground floor which was very needed for us. The room has small table and chairs, convenient surfaces . It was very clean and comfortable ,

The room was clean. But there was tape in the bathroom covering holes. And the fan had paper taped over it. Front desk was helpful in telling me were I could get breakfast. No coffee pot in room. But there is a microwave and fridge. Overall the room was comfortable the beds were nice.

Very convenient to busch gardens and other tourists locations we visited. I would stay here again .

Check In was super simple, quick, and easy. My stay was a blast. The sheets were clean, the towels were clean. The AC also works amazingly well in the rooms.

We stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago. It has significantly gone down. They advertised breakfast and there was none! They blamed it on COVID!!! That’s been gone for three years!!! They also advertised a pool. It was closed! The place needs a significant overhaul!!!

The last time we stayed here, it was nice! Our room this time, the smell was horrible, the stains on the sofa were sketchy and the hot water for the shower, not existent.

The condition of this hotel is NOT like the images on Expedia. Stained blankets, giant stain on mattress of pull out sofa, stained tub. Also bad smell. Would not recommend and regret the choice.

Unfortunately there were several live roaches in the room and they did not provide breakfast as was stated during the booking.

The property was in a nice section of town and close to several resteraunts. Management was very friendly

Arrived and found the sheets were dirty and numerous burnholes in bedding. The room is supposed to be nonsmoking, but it reeked of cig, vape, and MJ! The tub was filthy and we had to clean before using. Awoke early to eat the supposed free breakfast but was told they no longer serve breakfast since 2020. I was upset that they had not removed the breakfast from their Expedia advert! Rudeness was all ee got.

Decent hotel and value. However, first “non-smoking” room had heavy cig smoke. Transferred to another “no-smoke” room that had smoke with heavy dose of air-freshener.

No breakfast when it was supposed to be nothing there and I mean nothing for breakfast as advertised not even coffee in the lobby

They don't have coffee or a coffee maker in the room.

I wasn't happy at all with our stay. The hotel is old and pretty dirty. Police regularly seem to patrol the property. First night (of a 5 night stay) the battery in the fire alarm in room started going off causing us to have to switch rooms. Both rooms, the bathrooms were lacking. Not enough hot water or water pressure. Dirty shower heads. Floprs were not mopped. 2nd ropm, there were cigarette burns in the sheets and the A/C did not finction properly.

Pleasant & Quite

It's very close to Colonial Williamsburg, so convenient location. Quiet location and friendly customer service. Property is run down. I actually stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first room was not clean - trash on the floor, hair around the bathroom. Second room was much cleaner.
