They have basic breakfast

I found a mask on the floor of my room. I threw it in trash can of the bedroom. There should be ice and vending machines on every floor for convenience sake. I had to travel down the first floor to get something to drink. The bed was comfortable and staff seemed helpful. Checking out was easy and so was checking in

Clean property, very safe, and clean pool.

The reason why I chose this hotel because online said they have cribs. I have a 10mths old. I even paid extra on the site to have one. Also the houses on the wall was disrespectful. They have slave plantation as headboards. As black African American i was very offensive by it. The breakfast could be better. Just waffles, frost and flakes, and bread.

Overated price for the condition of the accommodations. Absolutely unsafe. Gym has broken equipment. No pillows, just small throw pillows. They do not have breakfast. This place is a sham and not worth the price.

There was a strong smell of air freshener and my allergies got upset. But in general it was ok

Very rundown area. We slept on top of the covers because we didn’t want to get under them.

The properties management was good and the check in/procedures were fine. The gates are a little unreliable and very slow. The biggest problem was the smell in the hotel room that was unpleasant and persisted.

We booked for 2 days. The room was dusty like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. We had to stay in the night despite the dusty bedsheets but we left the next day and booked another hotel instead. I have been asking about the refund for extra day but no replies at all.

The pillows where very smelly….the bed sheets needed to be cleaner

Just a nice surprise, every thing was nicer than I expected.

People start partying and arguing all night long in the common areas not far from our room. They were clearly drunk or high. Earplugs helped but they were loud and super annoying. Happened 4 nights in a row starting about 11PM and going all night till 4 or 5 AM. As my wife explained to me in no uncertain terms; "we are never staying here again" and I concur. On the bright side, the place was basically clean for the price point and the front desk guy was nice. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, juice, yogurt. Parking is gated, which is a plus. If it were not for the unruly people, I would rate it much better.

Staff was great ,rooms weren’t very comfy, pillows were old and lumpy. The location is basically in the red light district. (Streetwalkers) and a lot of homeless at least there was a gated parking garage.

It’s a good cheap place to stay even though it’s in the middle of the hood.

It was ok for the price.
