It’s an old hotel that needs some work but it was clean and served a purpose for us. Front desk lady was nice and room was clean.

We didn’t have working keys so we had to ask everytime we needed to get in our room. No microwave

The staff were very friendly and helpful. No elevator for patrons who are mobility challenged. Door looks not working so had to have staff assistance to get in your room Staff fast and accommodating

Air conditioning broke, doors had to be opened by staff, room not cleaned once-economic but was not a great experience

Room was clean. Hotel was neat and tidy. Needed an automatic door opener. Location was good for me. Easy access to 401, and the price was right.

This is definitely an old building. The hallway smelled musty. The room was ok, but nothing special. No drinks in the vending machine and breakfast was mediocre. I was under the impression from Expedia that I could do a late checkout, which wasn't true, and I had to go to the airport just after 11am even though my flight wasn't until 6:10pm, as the location had nothing around it for wasting time. Restaurant close by has closed down, so had to order delivery.

Staff were great. Exactly what we needed. Clean.

Took a while to find the place due to the overgrown bushes; outside is a mess Checked in to be told their key machine is broken, told that if we go in and out, we will have to try a staff member to unlock our door! The bathtub had no plug for it, and you couldn't switch it from shower to bath the button was broken Breakfast, don't waste your time. No staff there to ask for anything, and there was nothing available I do not recommend this place at all

It was absolutely horrible nasty not a safe place to stay they couldn’t even make a key to the room no elevator only stayed the 1 night and left apparently they never checked me out when I left the next morning but oh well lesson learned about pictures on the website always do a drive by first

No personal key to the room available ??? Staff had to let me with a master key and told me to inform them when I needed back in. Toilet did not work - would not flush !!! Drapes to the wall out falling off. Breckfast is coffee , instant oatmeal, apples, breackfast bars…….not a breackfast !!! Would Never stay there again……..$100…..$95 too much.

The only thing good about here was the staff. THE FRONT DESK GIRL WAS AMAZING! SHE REALLY WAS AS GREAT.

Unfortunately this location has gone downhill. There used to be a restaurant available next door, but it's since been boarded up. The motel itself is strange that the owner has chosen not to fix their key card system so staff have to let you in your room each time you return as you don't get a personal key card. Some of the pillows were quite lumpy and unusable -- glad we had brought our own. Blankets were thin, so I suggest bringing warm pjs despite it being summer time. At least the temperature in the room was cool for sleeping, just blankets were not warm enough for my preference. The continental breakfast was okay for children - mini muffins, oatmeal packets, apples, granola bars, otherwise there is coffee/cream/milk available.

Unclean, the system does not work, so no card to clear the bedroom door. You have to ask everyone to open the door. Indicates iCloud lunch and there was nothing. I do not recommend at all.

Friendly, professional, helpful staff!

There is almost no breakfast service - but this service was the reason for misleading to book the hotel. The photo shows the ALL of their breakfast at the early monring, and then even less. The hotel shows no attempt to improve the service like this terrible breakfast but keeps lying through the fake advertisement over Expedia - Expedia should also take some responsibility as well.

I have fond memories of this place in the 90s. The staff then was great and remains so today (despite any semblance of uniform being long gone. Because of this, I gave some latitude when the front desk informed me that the key card machine was broken and had been for quite some time. That a staff member would need to key me into my room. Each time I left it for any reason. Oooooo-kaay Ascending the staircase I noted old and heavy staining in the carpeting as well as pulled threads and duct tape holding it together. The hallways were dimly lit and full of unattended drywall repairs. The staffer opened the room door and bid je a good night. The room lighting was extremely dim, even with them all on at once. I went to grab a shower and found cigarette burns into the bathtub, grunge along the baseboards and the ceiling plaster was crumbling/peeling. The ceiling fan had clearly not been cleaned in any way for quite some time. "Oooooo-kaay fine. I'll deal" I thought to myself. I sat on the bed and the leg promptly broke in half!! As I looked around the room I found -AC leaking on carpet -wall damage -Old coffee grinds around the sink -window view of an unkept yard and broken hit tub packed with refuse And I'm the lobby, a vending machine devoid of beverages Super8 signage not maintained/peeling Empty flag poles Crumbling parking lot full of potholes It's really too bad to see it so reglected. I checked out and spent the night driving home instead of resting. 1/10
