The room was old smelling of cigarettes. The microwave in the room was missing the door. The smike detector in the room was haning from ceiling with scotch tape. The hot tub in the room was actually a jacuzzi bathtub. Scotch tape holding the panels together in the front of tub. The jets on the tub were dirty and yellow. The front desk staff acted as if we spoke no english when we inquired about restaurants in the area. The morning continental breakfast had 1 slice of white bread only. No batter for waffles. No juices. No waters. The coffee was so thick it was undrinkable. I took pictures of everything to orive these statements. Oh and they hadno extra towels.

There was puke/blood or some fluid on the walls and ceiling and the bedframe. No blanket just sheets, no water for drinking.

This time I got a shower head & Not a shower hose , very clean & save surroundings

To noise at night , room was dirty and old Towels looks like a rags with holes in it They need to change mattress.

Was nice clean everything worked great ambience easy check in

The only thing that I did not like was there was only one outlet to run everything the refrigerator microwave TV had to unplug the refrigerator to run. The microwave had to unplug the microwave through the cable for the TV.

Toilet kept backing up

Rundown facility. had to ask for toiletries including hand soap. The towel hanger was pulled off the wall sitting on the floor. Water pressure sucks. If you want water it will cost you $1

The outside of the property was very dirty, garbage everywhere

The stay was Great in terms of Good Enough if all one wants is a stay- the staff and cleanliness is great but the rest is pretty basic and I thought the daily charges don’t warrant the basic accommodation that they have.

Clean but new some upgrades I would say staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

If I could give no stars I would! STAY AWAY from this place , unless you like staying at a dirty shelter. My boyfriend and I tried to have a fun weekend downtown took the train into Chicago and wanted to stay somewhere before we drove hours home. Well we looked at THREE rooms and then decided to go home. By law rooms are required to have smoke detectors these rooms Do NOT !!! First room it was hanging open no battery, didn’t look 2nd room, third room it was wrapped in plastic wrap. The place is disgusting floors not vacumed, sheets had stains on them in multiple rooms, the first room the tables were still dirty stuff splattered on the headboard, chair was untouchable disgusting. Counters stained with pink stuff spilled all over. Elevator floors nasty everything about it was dirty. Then I upgraded for a jacuzzi tub and there’s one room and the tub was taped together with clear tape and moldy. I regret that I didn’t read the reviews first and went off the 6 rating, that’s a joke ! Now the manager is refusing to refund any of my money which was way too much for this place . obviously need that money more than I do and they enjoy scamming people so theres bad karma ! They should be embarrassed and ashamed!

Normally I travel with my boyfriend so I always feel safe, this time I traveled alone and didn’t feel safe at all. The hotel seems like it’s being updated, but they’re people staying there that seem shady.
