This was an emergency last minute booking - paid in full on the app, we have never been charged at any other facility when using the app but this low cost hotel wanted a deposit for their crap hotel room and incidentals which was ridiculous as there is no room service or in room mini bar or anything that would be incidental.

I am a disabled Vet. Have had a service dog for over 10years. Was asked for proof of disability. Well they got the proof when the black of knowledge by the staff of ADA laws and being threatened to be kicked out, then when I had to be moved to a different room because service animals are allowed in that room the staff ganged up on me in the hall way slamming doors making my anxiety greater making the dogs respond because well that is the job they are tasked to do. They THREW my stuff all over the floor in the hallway! I had a laptop, tablet my wallet all across the floor. Thankfully the only thing that broke was a C cable and was easy enough to replace. The resulting panic attack left me without use of my limbs for a few hours when I was able to get up and move enough for one of my dogs to assist me in helping the staff shut my car up in the parking lot. After pitching a fit when my friend called to have them shut it for me. I was asked for proof of my disability and that my dogs needed documentation of being service dogs. This is a violation of the American Disability Act. Because of the altercation my friend and her dog a pet that we openly admitted and hand money in hand to handle the pet fee for this dog and they tried to turn them away. I will be filing with the ADA over this. The hotel itself looks nice on the surface but the outlets are so worn out I had to stack cups on a spray bottle to keep my laptop charge. DONT STAY HERE it’s not worth the cost.

Found bed bugs an hour after being there. Toilet did not work. Sink didn’t work. They would not refund me my money.

The staff was rude. The key cards didn’t work, we went up 3x to get it fixed. The rooms smelt like dirty moldy cigarettes. Will not be staying here again.

Everything was good except for the breakfast. Breakfast could be better.

The staff was amazing! Our car broke down and they let us stay until we got help bc it was cold outside. Very wonderful experience

The bell up front didn’t seem to work. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to desk. Very clean and nice staff. Quiet area

Terrible and scary experience!! The manager tried to let himself in my room several times. He wanted to spend time alone. I have made a formal complaint and will be contacting law enforcement.

I enjoyed my stay, it had everything I needed.

Beds are hard- swimming pool closed for re doing-- Breakfast was microwaved mini sausage on muffin-NO orange juice-- toaster oven your own waffles. Not impressed with quality of service of the price.

First bad thing I would say is I was told I could not get a printout of my final bill…..was told that would have to come from Expedia…..well good luck with that! The staff at the Wyndom Super 8 in Martinsville, Indiana was a family run business and they couldn’t have been nicer! Very friendly, very accommodating. Very clean rooms and public areas.
