Staff was very rude

The way the rooms were clean and spacious. Water pressure was low.

I did not like the customer service. I tequested a room on the botton floor and was told that I had to take what was given because third party does not have a priority with the establishment. I was given a room upstairs and the phone in the oom was not working on they cut it off. I was defiitely not satisfied with the establishment.

Always stay here while i am in Pearl..Great hotel..very clean and quiet

Good stay

The room was too cold. The heat had not been turned on. It was 61° in the room during a cold front in January in Mississippi. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. room could have been a little warmer by then. The pillows could have been a little fluffier and the breakfast was a little sparse. Have a waffle machine instead of pancakes.

The facility was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. If i have one complaint it would be about the breakfast. It was sub par. I would definitely stay here again but would skip the breakfast.

Need refund, there was roaches in the microwave

I checked in late and slept well on the bed. I found the refrigerator very useful. The water was sufficiently hot enough for my shower. I could not use the automated pancake maker in breakfast area because it was being serviced when I needed to use it

I was disappointed with the poor condition of this property and the unsafe location. Loud noise upstairs could not rest. Definitely not as advertised.

It is convenient to the airport. That is why I stayed here.

Dirty room. Mold on the ceiling. Broken door. No one there at night. Front desk closed. I’ve stayed in some awful places, but mold is a little too much.

Comfortable

The breakfast was terrible. The pancake batter machine was completely empty. There is only one yogurt available, one muffin available, no vegetables at all, and the coffee creamer was curdled and spoiled. The young lady behind the counter was on her phone and did not acknowledge me standing there, asking her to repair the machines and put out some inventory for breakfast.

Gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating. Forget my toothbrush. Wish they had some but no luck. All in all I was satisfied with my one night stay.

Good overall stay. Beds weren't comfortable.
