Just a quick overnight stay but all was good. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Overall everything required for a good stay was there. Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Front desk even had some playing cards to lend us. I will stay there next time in Hinton

Hotels.com sort of didn't give me much of a choice when the other hotel cancelled on me. This hotel is mostly quiet for sleeping and somewhat updated as far as bathroom countertops, heating/conditioning works, outdated but not overly noisey. Breakfast has nothing fresh as in fruit or yogurt, hot sausage and egg patties are okay. The usual bread and waffles in the form of Eggos, regular coffee. Pool, no gym. Depending on which travel site you use this is either a 2 or 3 star...I would say it's a 2 so you should expect no more. Service is great.

Overall it was a good stay. The blanket on the bed and the towels are thin. The breakfast was good but the tables & chairs in the seating area were cramped together, but that could've been from the construction going on in the lobby at the time of our stay.

The reception provided active cooperation when requesting a room change, and he patiently answered the questions I raised. Such a great service attitude. We will stay again. Recommend!

Nothing special, clean but a little run down, bed was lumpy

When reserving here, be aware that this place does not have an elevator. It's just two floors, but when you need to empty the car in winter of things that should not freeze, it's better to have a booking on the first floor.

The breakfast was terrible

Stayed with pet and friends and we were extremely pleased with the value we received for our money. No complaints whatsoever about the facility or its staff.

Property is dated but overall fairly clean

Entrance was littered with cigarette butts and some other aspect made the entrance look shabby. As far as the room was concerned, it was neat and clean. the most disappointing aspect was that there was no chair or light suitable for reading. When i asked, I was told to use the desk chair - really? I will stay at another hotel the next time.
