Clean and confortable beds.

The staff are amazing!! They go the extra mile - always!! Sometimes the establishment is surrounded by some questionable clientele.

Pool was awesome (though very cold), staff were great and led us to a fabulous restaurant just behind the hotel.

Clean, friendly, great pool and hot tub

Nice room, comfortable, clean. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were okay but there was way too many people in there (4 hockey teams of kids) with zero rules or supervision so loud, chaotic and difficult to enjoy. And no pool towels available. No hot water in evening

Mentioned to staff front on Friday after checking and said they would deal with it and speak to manager! Haven’t heard back

Swimming pool in different building. Most of the restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel

Staff was great. Room was clean The pool was in a separate building from our room. But they do have change rooms. I would recommend bringing a housecoat

We chose the place for its pool, kids loved it. Room and beds were comfortable, breakfast entirely adequate.

No thermostat to control room temps. Had to walk outside between different buildings, not great in winter with kids. Pawn shop is a few feet away and lots of homeless people around. Not safe.

Friendly staff that were very accommodating to our hockey team. Really clean everywhere, and fun pool area for the kids.

No complaints. Clean. Got in late and left early.

Person at the reception did not seem welcoming

The food was not food sage for breakfast. Cross contamination of sausage and eggs. Eggs and sausage was frozen and was told to cook it in the microwave ironically they had both sausage and frozen eggs in a warmer that was not on. They wouldnt accomadate me putting a 400$ damage deposit down and then using that money from my damapge deposit to pay for my 333$ stay. The new hire i forget her name was soo kind shes a single mother and she really did her best to empathize with me.. the older manager not sure her name but it wass friday night.. could not of cared less about empathizing or even try to have a paradoxical/agile thinking process within their process to give me a great customer experience.. it really made me feel devalued as a customer/human being. Thank you to the young new hire.. shes a keeper sure.. i am a assistant store manager and i go above and beyond every day to value people and truly see them and understand and not just about the money thats in there pocket. I hope this feedback helps change the experience of your potential customers.. they are guests.. please treat them as you would a friend or family member coming to your home.. please spread peace, love, joy and harmony everyday. Thank you for what i did recieve within your service. The hot tub was a blessing and so was the cleanliness. Thank you to all the hard bigger than oneself workers. I appreciate it.
