The person working the front desk was not friendly or helpful. We had to wait over an hour after the check in time of 4 pm for our room to be ready even though I had requested an early check in (and were told no problem). We were promised a credit due to this but after repeated attempts from the manager, we never got the credit. Also, the room was quite noisy because of the footsteps above us. The walls are quite thin!!

Heard noisy neighbors above our room quite a bit but that’s anywhere, great price and perfect location for visiting RMNP.

The shower drain was clogged. When we asked the front desk to get it cleaned, they said they’ll take care of it, but they didn’t. We ended up pulling a bunch of hair from the drain of God knows how many previous guests. There was some stuff like a hairpin and stuff like that from previous guests in our room when we got there. The breakfast was a joke too. And I hope you don’t get a room in the back area because parking lot is small, poorly planned and difficult to get in and out.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was located only a few minutes from the entrance to the National Park.

I like the bicycles. I like the breakfast. They also have trail mix snacks on the Looby. I like the location. I like the room, the body wash and shampoo were excellent.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. I would definitely stay here again. Room was cozy, bed was comfy. One of the main things I loved, was they had a small cooler in the room you could use to take w you in a hike or to the lake and they also had my favorite Rocky Mountain hiking book that gives you many hikes you can do. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion I would say is have a little more options for breakfast. Other than that loved it so much!

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Since it is an older building that has been remodeled, the walls are thin. Other guests were very noisy. Can hear their conversations through the walls, and people walking around above sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling.

Directions to check in from app are weird BUT staff at both locations was excellent in getting it straightened out. Room is very large, clean, and well appointed, especially given the price.

We arrived at 4pm, was told our room not ready they will text when ready. At 5:45 we went back to hotel, still not ready. I said to refund our money and the manager came by and said they have another room we could have. Our room was spacious but the guy above us was up walking around after we went to bed. Not the best experience

This property was in a great location, clean, with friendly, helpful staff.

Nice quick stop in Estes. Still working out some kinks and maybe popular with a young crowd.

Room was quite noisy during the night

Room very uncomfortable. Only seating was a wooden bench. Pool closed for repairs. Whole place needs paint. Very disappointing stay.

Neighboring rooms were noisy adn we could hear everything, even people just talking.

Room wasn’t ready when reservation said it would be. Staff wasn’t the friendliest.
