We booked online and upon arrival was told the pool was out of service, when we went to look at the room we discovered the sink in the room was infested with fruit flies and the sheets were stained. Unfortunately, due to these conditions I had to cancel and did not stay at the hotel.

Good place to stay.

Location to dining. Walls to thin. Fire alarm going off at 4:00 am. Wanting down stairs room & given 1 upstairs

Our stay was great until the front desk decided that they would come in to check the room bc something in the system was wrong and they thought that there was no one in the room. So, instead of just knocking on the door, someone tried to barge in. Luckily, we had the clasp lock in place so they couldnt get in the door. Then, at about 4am the fire alarm went off bc evadently someone was smoking in their room and set off the alarm. We did not sleep well at all bc of someone barging in our door and then hardly slept anymore bc of the fire alarm....ugh

As advertised

Our first room (night 1), the shower was broken and we couldn’t shower. The front desk did not show compassion for it. The hotel was booked full. The next morning we transferred rooms across the hall- moved our things and had somewhere to be. Got back (night 2) went to shower and the tub is dirty. The window in the room wouldn’t fully close.

Beds were terrible. Soon as you laid in it the middle caved in. AC unit cover was broken and kept falling off. No pool available.

No elevator was inconvient... not use to that. Bed slept good. Host was very friendly. Good economical stay... just wish they had elevators...😊

My stay was fine. I was displeased that the hotel did not have an elevator. I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. The room was clean and comfortable.

The mattresses were VERY uncomfortable!

I had just had surgery. They were very accommodating to my needs.

Good for the money

The front desk service was amazing. The room was clean and cozy. I originally booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool is closed. The vending machine could have more in it and more variety. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay again.

Everything was ok. Hotel is doing renovations so that was one thing. Indoor pool closed under renovations as well.

We were attending a family funeral and several family members stayed here. It was quieter than most hotels. No slamming doors. No running feet above us. Several restaurants were near by.

The first room had some bugs but when we told them they moved us to another room which was fine. The second room card reader to unlock the door was flakey. Had to insert card several times to unlock door.

Reasonably priced.

The bathroom was dirty

Everything ran pretty smooth. Would stay there again.
