very clean

Peggy was super friendly at check in. Area has walking distance places to eat. Our room is nice and clean. Older property but seem well maintained.

Amazing friendly staff, safe environment, clean rooms, and a great one night trip for my birthday!

Was a very nice hotel.

The staff was very nice, Breakfast was better than expected for continental. The room night stands had stains from spilled drinks and coffee maker did not work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our stay at this property had a few issues. The bed made a really loud sound when you would sit on it. Initially, I thought it was the dumpster being emptied outside. The towels were very old and thin. The shower flower squeaked loudly and seemed like it was going to break. The door’s security latch was missing a piece.

My pets were welcome even though they are a large breed everyone loved and welcomed them!! I have 2 Great Danes my female is 5 years old, 136lbs and my baby boy i6 weeks old and 60 lbs! The team here is professional, kind, provides excellent guest service and was eager to please. I will encourage others to stay at this lovely hotel

Cheap place

To have at least a lift for the bags/luggage on the trolly to get to second floor would help alot with people like us with to many things. We were a big group family. Other than that everything was great loved the costumer service

Nice hot tub.

Dog hair on comforter. Hair found in sheets. I dont think the bedding has been washed. Chain lock on door broken

The pool was filthy. The warm breakfast was a waffle maker. The juice machine was broken. The coffee cups appeared to be a measly 6 ounce. There is no elevator.

Hotels.com, you NEED to have Your people come stay in some of these places you Promote. The first room Upstairs (no elevator) had a lamp shade so mangled and torn up that it was Garbage. There were Lumps all over the mattress. I asked to be switched to another room. They put us in there and the mattress was awful there too but Also Smelled like Cigarette smoke in the room. I told the front desk right away. The tub drain, air vent and shower head were awful. My husband said he careful not to get Tetanus. Seriously. When I went to comment on this with the front desk in the morning I was brushed off. I give up. I probably won't be using this platform anymore. I've had so many Bad ones in a row. I'm looking into other sites instead. I've been on Hotels.com over 15 years now. Too bad. Trust us gone. I don't feel safe at most of their locations let alone lacking comfort.

It was an okay experience. The breakfast options are really simple; just cereal and oatmeal. The hotel’s cleanliness was average. There was a weird smell near the entrance, I think it was coming from the hotel’s water pipe. However, the staff is really friendly. I think this is an affordable place to stay in Roswell, but in an “okay” level.
