The fan motor on ac unit in room was in need of servicing it is really loud. The room was very nice as was the front desk staff.

I made reservations that said there would be no surprises and that what they quoted would be the cost. Got there and they charged me $15 a night for pet (total of $60 plus tax). I had rented a non-smoking pet friendly room. That should have been included or mentioned when I made reservation. It wasn't. SURPRISE. I don't think there should be a charge unless the pet does damage. I had everything including scratching post and she used it...

Friendly staff. Guest Service informed us of the city events. Hotel room was clean. Continental breakfast was very well service.

I travel often and always pay Expedia at the time of booking—and until now, I’ve never encountered any issues. This was the first time a property contacted me twice after our stay regarding payment concerns. I truly believe this is something that should be addressed directly between Expedia and the property, and not something the guest should have to resolve post-checkout. That said,I want to emphasize that the staff on site were kind and accommodating. Although our check-in took significantly longer than any hotel check-in we’ve experienced, the team eventually noticed how exhausted my kids and I were after a long drive and made the effort to get us into our room as soon as they could. Their courtesy did not go unnoticed, and we appreciated that gesture. However, 5 days later, my card was charged again by the property for a night stay without prior notice despite my already paid booking. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and not a recurring issue. Overall,the property was decent if you're looking for a simple overnight stay. The continental breakfast was light and limited, which we expected given the budget-friendly price point. It would be great to see a few small improvements,perhaps an extra item or two for breakfast and ensuring that essentials like the hot water dispenser are always filled and ready for guests. With a few operational adjustments, this property has the potential to deliver a smoother experience for future guests.

Excellent stay, Room was very clean, friendly staff & very good breakfast with plenty of varieties.

For the price this room was good. But the hotel leaves little to be desired from. It is very old and outdated.

Had a laundry

When I booked the room I didn't know there wasn't an elevator and we was out on the second floor and we had my wife grandmother with us who is 80 years old but lookly she was able to walk up and down the stairs

We stayed one night. Older hotel but the rooms were clean. Close to White Sands national park.
