Everything was good

Easy check in with very helpful local recommendations. Comfy bed and a great breakfast.

Very clean, comfortable beds and convenient location on the main street of Alamogordo. Plenty of dining and shopping options all around the hotel. Would stay again the next time we’re in the area.

You hear everything in every room, not an easy place to get rest

Old building, bathroom needs update , ceiling coming apart at seam. No hot food for breakfast.

The front manager was nice. They were able to accommodate us with a downstairs room as requested. The room was nice and the bed was very very comfortable. After a long weekend for a funeral, the bed was a welcome relief. The room and stay were very comfy. They did have breakfast too. Thank you!

Small items that need attention; working laundry machines, adequate hot water. “Can be lacking during rush hour “

A bit older but good condition , very nice staff, clean and quiet

The staff is great. They make you feel welcomed. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. They had breakfast at 5AM to accommodate all the guests who had to get an early start. Outstanding hospitality and I will definitely stay here again.

The only issue was my shower/tub was clogged, when I took a shower the water would not drain out

Perfectly adequate for the price. Room itself was beat up with poorly performed patching and painting. But it was still clean and comfortable.

Staff was amazing. For this classification of hotels, and for the price i want to pay, it is excellent. Giving it a 4 or 5 star rating would do a disservice to some of the more expensive hotels that are newer and bigger. I was very happy here
