Very professional. Property very clean.

If your looking for just sitting around on the beach Great. this is a quite Island with not much to do.

This is our second stay and we stay an extended time we are always pleased

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean. Very friendly staff. But disappointed about the checkin process. Checkin is at 4pm. And they definitely mean not before 4. Waited since 1pm and didn't get our room til 530pm. Nothing within walking distance of the property. Nice pool.

This place was awful! Had a rat in the room the second night. Moved to different room. Floor was filthy. Asked them to mop it. Ended up getting a mop and bucket from a maintenance person the next day and mopped it myself. Had to ask for clean towels. Never saw any cleaning people at all. Sad because i have stayed there many times but wont stay there again

The experience overall was great. The staff was friendly and the property was inviting. My only thing was a concern was the WiFi was not operational. Overall, if having to return to Freeport I will stay at Island Seas again

I would recommend island seas

Place was roomy, and pretty clean. But, there was not regular linen service(change of sheets or bed making/turning). Beach sand was fluffy and amazing. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They do need to update the shuffleboard. Pucks were broke and mismatched. And the poles were broke from wear and tear. But, we made it work.😃 Ping pong table and equipment were excellent (better than was shown on website). We had a great time, and recommend for a relaxing vacation.👍

Loved the private beach. Clean resort, rooms needing a little updating

Restaurant was closed for dinner. Food served at the bar in plastic trays. At breakfast we were unable to pay by card as the WiFi wasn’t working. WiFi in the rooms non existent. Overall not recommended.

Rooms needs upkeep maintenance minor things visible to the eyes need to he fixed.

It was quite and clean. The property was well taken care of and most of the areas were safe (with the exception of the bridge near the hot tub that got super wet and slick and I fell..oww.) they let us use their kayaks and there was a lifeguard on duty throughout the day. The drinks were well made and the other people I met there were super kind. It's *kind of* remote and not a lot nearby so we needed to use a taxi to go pretty much anywhere (which is fine because our driver Val was amazing) I would definitely return.

Everyone working at this property was wonderful! Hot tub and pool were clean and nice. Room was not clean, dusty, and smelled musty. A few locals food shacks to walk to - Conch Salad and Two Dollar bar were fun :)

Could not get a beach front view because this was for owners. But it was still a relaxing time

The staff is absolutely amazing… the rooms are in need of updating and one of the showers was not even usable, as it had so much mold build up and cracks. That would be my only complaint.

The beach was fabulous. Neighboring walk along the ocean front was a wonderful plus. Staff was great! Easy taxi rides to shopping and other restaurant options. Plenty of activities on site.
