My a/c did not work. The was clean and spacious. However my room was stuffy, and hot. The a/c never changed from the temperature of 75 My check in was at 4p.m. i went to dinner and at 11 the room was still hot. I should have been offered a extra day or something according. Its a shame because the property is beautiful. However, because of that incident im not recommending this resort.

Building and room we stayed in was dated. The grounds are beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay

Property was clean and well kept. I think the maids should knock before entering rooms. I was walked in on by maid who did not announce herself at all. She was checking rooms without even introducing herself.

Whatvi did not like, the address that was sent to me was not the address if the actual property. It was very hard to locate especially in the night.

Clean rooms but a little outdated. Nice pools. Not much in food options. Price was good.

I loved everything about the place except the bed. They definitely need new mattresses. Other than that the rooms were great!

Not even a coffe place around. Very average property condition.

Staff was friendly. Pool area was nice. Apartment, however, was so musty and damp that we developed an allergic reaction. We asked for a fan or a different place, but apparently nothing was available.
