No pool, or hot tub available. Paid early check in fee and was told by front staff it was operational. Charges my card for $168.00, for early check in and$100.00 hold for incidentals and still have not recieved refund. Cant get hotel to return my calls Stan

Surprisingly quiet, friendly staff and decently maintained. Breakfast didn't offer many healthy options but the hotel is very close to the airport so it was easy to Uber late at night when the shuttle was too long of a wait.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was very dark - no light or outlets on the desk so had to work over by the bathroom where there was light. only one bedside lamp worked and it was very dim. Made it difficult to impossible to work at the desk after sundown and staff was not able to provide a desk lamp. Also wish there was a real blanket or comforter on the bed instead of just a sheet - but i suppose that's normal for these types of hotels.

The Airport shuttle was very convenient, and they have parking available at the hotel for $5 a day if you want to avoid the Airport parking fees

My kids were really excited for it the swimming pool but when we checked in, they said the swimming pool wasn’t available. I had called before selecting this hotel and they said it was available. It is what it is but

The staff was friendly, but updating of this property is sorely needed. The walls are paper thin and someone playing their x-box shook the room. I won't stay here again.

We stayed here due to the close proximity to the airport and the shuttle services. However, they need to update their website because we were charged double for parking compared to what was mentioned online. Tried to show the front desk staff the website and info and it didn’t matter. Also, bring your own toiletries because all that’s offered is one tiny bar of soap.
