Good location close to train and local attractions. Bed was comfortable and overall quietness. Hotel is going under renovation which is commendable but I found the smell of paint in / around my room a bit nauseating. More attention to dusting is required. Would definitely recommend

Staff all super nice and speak fluent English. Easy walk to history. Quiet area except for garbage trucks one morning One staff member got me a non slip tub matt. Very nice. All very helpful

After a couple of 27c days room was stuffy and hot , air conditioning did not work. At first staffed seemed willing to help and would have it taken care of while we were at dinner. Well that did not happen and we actuall were told by another that this was a problem for several guests. We were on a busy street so having the windows open even after midnight was too loud. Never mind getting a good nights sleep. Room was clean,good location to petit France. Shower small and tight.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Strasbourg! Small hotel and quiet. Very friendly staff. Was here for the Christmas markets and they gave us great recommendations. Very close walking distance to all the major sights. Room was very clean and spacious.

Excellent location for a few days stay in Strasbourg. Close to station and tram stops. Helpful staff on reception. Would recommend.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. Our room was just very cold and for some reason the heating (hot water radiator) was almost cold and not working. Staff was helpful but couldn’t find any other room because they were full and gave us extra blanket but it was still cold till somehow at 3am hot water came back and was better. Assuming this was just a one off I definitely recommend the hotel.

Everyone was really friendly, the rooms were warm and clean, and it was really well positioned for exploring!

Room not available at check in time. Had to come back and room was still not ready. Was offered coffee and then asked for money for coffee. Poor experience from start to finish. Upon check in room provided was a handicap room so configuration was odd. Handle to bathroom door was broken trapping in occupant until enough jiggling and movement allowed occupant to exit bathroom. Room hvac worked but must be dirty as or sinus would clog up in hotel and clear up when outside….

The hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. We stayed one night to explore the Christmas market, which was a 10 minute walk. The hotel has been remodeled and they maintained the old-world feel. The room was so clean. The bathroom was beautiful. The staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!!
