We’ve traveled quite a bit and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The first people we met were Gustavo and Elijah. They really set the tone for what we came to experience from everyone at the hotel. We will definitely be back and it’s the first time I’ve ever said this about a hotel.

Beautiful modern hotel a short walk to downtown and slopes! Also loved the spacious & quiet rooms. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was very clean and nice however were some problems that we had with it. First off it says that there is parking available but when you show up that parking is valet only and $55 a day And then on top of that there was a $45 resort fee that was not explained very well on its ad. Not only was their in fees but there was also some false advertising. The room that we got on the ad it very clearly shows there's a balcony but when we got a room we were told none of those have balconies. Just wish they were a lot more clear on what we are getting and what all the expenses were.

We love the renovation of the hotel, because it looks inviting and pleasant. The staff was courteous and welcoming! We would definitely comeback and stay at Alpenrock again. Although, the valet parking was convenient, however it was too expensive per day.

Upgraded us. Very clean. More than expected. Definitely highly recommend. Will stay here again when we visit Breckenridge.

The hotel was very clean and close to main street. The rooms were very clean. The $55 dollars for valet parking was ridiculous and they don't really give you a choice. The hottubs didn't work half the time the the elevator wasn't working when we left

Send this property is built as the luxury hotel in Breckenridge. It was nice. The aesthetics are beautiful however, the layout of the hotel is very troublesome. It’s very hard to navigate. And when one of the elevators goes out, just trying to navigate to our room was difficult. If we stayed there again, we’d have to stay on the third floor close to the front desk.. Several other families were very confused with the layout as well. there again, we’d have to stay on the third.

The hotel was nice. But the whole valet situation was a train wreck. $55/night is excessive and no self parking option was terrible. The valet system was totally inadequate for the volume of cars and wait times were long with dangerous conditions.

Everything was amazing. My husband suffered a medical emergency and everyone was so helpful!!! He had altitude sickness but he has a heart condition so it was scary. One young lady by the name of Carlie was wonderful! We did not get to finish our stay but we felt very supported by all their efforts to help us!!!

Wonderful hotel ruined at checkout. Why am I paying over $300 a night only to get a bill for $400 at checkout for "Parking fees and Resort Fee? I used the shuttle a few times which should be covered by parking. The resort fee? Are you people even trying to justify this? I asked for a reduction at checkout. I can't enjoy a nice hotel if they consider me a "mark" to increase profits.

I booked through Hotels.com for less than $200 per night only to realize there is a $45 per day resort fee to be paid to the hotel (not included in the hotels.com price) and there is no parking other than the $55 per night valet. To their credit, the valet suggested a couple of other places that were less expensive and one was right across the street (almost empty because it is not ski season). The hotel has a free shuttle which we rode three times. They left us standing for 30 minutes the 4th time so we walked back to the hotel—which is to say the hotel is VERY conveniently located. The hotel is very well appointed and our room was too. We did not eat at the hotel except for some ice cream from the front counter—would not recommend. The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. We would go back.

They AC was on the mend. The coffee maker did not work properly. The staff and room was amazing.

New favorite hotel in Breck!

Stayed here for 3 days. The hotel is clean, beautiful and staff is friendly. I gave it 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because you cannot change the thermostat in the room and our room was hot and stuffy. We asked the front desk about it and they said to open the window in the room to cool it down. That probably would’ve worked except our room overlooked the hot tub and there were people out there close enough that we could hear them and the outdoor lights were shining in our room. The other thing we didn’t care for is that the bed, couch and chair are very low to the ground. If you’re older or have trouble getting up or down it could be challenging. The next thing is nobody mentioned a $55 a night valet fee for parking because there is no public parking in Breckenridge. You must pay to park everywhere and so they’ve got you trapped so we ended up spending an additional $165 just to park our vehicle although the staff was great in the valet service was wonderful. That was an added expense that we did not expect. Also Saturday night was a pride party in the main lobby area. This party included drag queens and cross dressers that everyone had to walk through to get to your room. I can only imagine parents with small children having to explain why Halloween was on display in June in your hotel. Bottom line it should have been disclosed.

Noisy air conditioner, front desk didn’t provide great customer service.

Amazing hotel, shuttle was very convenient, made up for the $55 overnight parking fee. Hot tube was great, lobby was inviting with fireplaces/pits and live music. Great location and views!!! Nespresso was a great pick me up in morning.
