We booked The Keeneland Suite- It included a large living & dining room area, king bed, master bath + spare 1/2 bath and plenty of walk in closet space. Would’ve given 5 stars but … they had recently updated the shower doors and they got stuck when closed. The wife almost panicked stuck in the shower!

This hotel has character but isn't aging well. The staff was polite and professional. The room was comfortable, beautiful and clean however the hallways were filthy with stained carpet and a musty smell. There was some trash on the carpet outside our room that stayed there during our entire two night stay. The air conditioners for the hallways were not functioning properly and this place has LOTS of long hallways. The parking lot wasn't blown off during our stay AND we were charged a $12.99 per night parking fee which wasn't disclosed before we made our reservation or upon check in. We planned to eat one meal in the onsite restaurant but they were out of several menu selections so opted to eat elsewhere. The sink in our room had a small leak and in the room refrigerator froze all the snacks that we had been traveling with. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Great place with a bar and a late checkout. Minus the .dumb paid parking (only because its the only place to park and they have their own lot). If you're charging $12 update your porch planters. Dead Christmas in summer ruins the vibe of the otherwise cool hotel.

Stunning grounds and hotel. Rooms a little dated but were clean and comfy. Little amenities missing like fridge, microwave, etc. I should have paid better attention.

Dinner was very good at the property. Really enjoyed the tavern. Lots of conference space. Really would have like to have a pool. So we would have something to do there.

1. Room smells like a 100 year old building. 2. Allow 30 minutes for a shower since water pressure is a little more than a trickle. 3. Was rudely told by employee at coffee bar that it’s not open yet, wait till after 6:30. 4. Upon checkout, I was informed that my card was being charged $12 per day for parking. Don think I’ll be coming back here again.

I was truly looking forward to this hotel. I was in Lexington for a nine hour physician licensing exam and wanted to stay somewhere nice to relax the night before and to celebrate when it was over. Initially the room was just okay, but only had one night stand, a mini fridge just sitting on the floor, and the desk and tv as advertised but so other seating or side table. When I opened the window I had a direct view of the roof and duct work, and there was a large stain on the side of the mattress (covered with the protector and sheets, but so dark you could still see it). However, all of these things were just minor inconveniences/disappointments as my expectations were that it would be much nicer, but other than the pretty head board, was probably comparable to a Red Roof Inn. My biggest issue of the stay began when I opened the bathroom door, there was a rancid smell, like standing water and decay. I finally realized it was coming from a water heater mounted under the sink, which must be malfunctioning. I ended up covering it with a towel, spraying it with perfume and keeping the bathroom door closed. They did move me to another room, but the quality is not there for the cost of this stay. Disappointed as it was at the top of my budget.

Me and my husband recently got married in the cambell house. The hotel is beautiful, clean and friendly staff. The food is okay. I loved the burgers. Make sure to go over your receipt though things don’t make sense with vouchers and food and paying overall in the cafe. The reason I won’t be returning to the cambell house is because I was feeling really eerie the last few days of our stay. I googled anything odd that happened in this hotel and to my great surprise the hotel is a haunted site. Atleast that is what Google says. I won’t be returning bc I found two kitchen knives in the shape of a cross laying on the floor of the door next to my room. It freaked me out so bad I made my husband check out at 1pm Friday and we check out 11am Saturday. I have the knives to the staff in the front so they have knowledge someone did that. Amazing wedding. Weird hotel. Thank you guys for the free stay on our wedding night.

Impossible to find elevators. You can wander around the entire property before finding how to get to other floors.
