Wouldn't stay there again

Repulsively disgusting. Bugs all over the room & bathroom. Doors are mangled, falling apart & don’t line up in door jam. Toilet paper holder broken, 2 rolls left on top of toilet. Will never book anyone from our company to stay here again. Our crew checked into the rooms & immediately left the hotel. They were so grossed out that they didn’t even want to try another room. They decided to all the way back to Chicago, IL thru the night after working a full day instead of staying 1 night at the Scottish Inns Collinsville-Martinville, VA… Expecting a full refund

the room smelled, sewer in the parking lot. just was surprised for what i ppaid for this room.will think again before booking .

The bed was really comfy, the staff was nice but werent always available when needed. The ac was cold but u can change the temp so its not to much.

I went to go check in after paying on hotels.com and traveling 700 miles to get there for the NASCAR race come to find out they had zero vacancy even after I paid and now I’m still waiting on a refund from hotels.com

Door had recently been kicked in, frame had not been repaired, couldn’t secure door very well. Carpet needed cleaning, sheets were dirty, holes in the wall. Would not recommend. Front desk was friendly though.

We arrived Sat for our 2 night stay. The fridge made noise overnight we left the bathroom vent going to drown it out. Left Sunday for the race & when we got back after 7pm our keycard didn’t work. I went to the front desk & was told they only had us down for 1 night and packed up all our luggage! They saw our meds were still there but never called to see what might be going on, they took our number when checking in. We had extra soda & other food items that they told us were thrown away. The second room they gave us was a smoking room & I had a terrible night trying to breathe. There was no place to throw away garbage except 1 small pail in the room.

This place is great. Comfortable, clean, good repair, and cheap. Perfect place if you just need a place to get some sleep.

Will NEVER go back. Reception/Manager screamed at my wife and I when we were checking in. She was irate because we were calling her phone, it was a sign up that said be back in 15mins but she was gone longer. Terrible customer service, the worst by far ive ever experienced. When checking out she also yelled again disrespectfully. I wouldnt recommend going to stay to anyone.

I pulled in but didn't stay. No one was at the front desk and door locked. I guess that's enough said

Hire a plumber and an exterminator and you will have a 3 star hotel. Cold shower and roaches were too much.

Don't stay here! First, they ripped us off with the cost we were in the area for a Nascar race every hotel was booked full I tried to get another room and was willing to drive an hour our more and pay whatever it cost that's how bad this BUG FILLED ROOM WAS! Everything was horrible outdated shabby nasty. BLOOD STAINS ON THE MATTRESS! We took our things out to the car every day and sprayed with bug spray and used a bug fogger every day. We had no other options but to stick it out. I find it hard to believe that Hotels would list this property. YOU HAVE BEEN WAREND!
