Extremely dirty

We had never stayed at a Knights Inn before so we thought we give this inn a chance before the other nearby brands. We had spiders and long term webs on inside bedroom window, ripped chairs, ac was blowing black ashes unto bed, dusty refrigerator cabinet, sink clogs, dirty walls, dirty bathroom, broken bathroom door, and ceiling was a metal outdoor rusted a mold looking cover. Positive- the ac works well. Dry disappointed.

I am requesting a refund. Couldnt stay in the room brcause of extreme mold smell. To open a window and leave it open for 10 kin didnt help.

It was nice room friendly staff. Cleanliness could be a little better but overall nice stay

I was looking for an inexpensive room for one night. In looking for a room, I looked at the pictures and not the reviews. The pictures must have been from the opening of the motel. When we arrived, we should have left right away. We got our room. And it was it was horrible. It looked dingy and worn. The bathtub was dirty and the shower curtain had dirt and mold. The shower curtain rod was propped on the shower wall. The refrigerator was working. And the door was rusty. I walked across the room in my bare feet and when I looked at them. The bottom of my feet were black. The door of the bathroom was falling off the hinges and would not fully close. The furniture looked worn like something out of a second hand shop.The only good thing was the bed slept well. The people above us had a fussy child and you could hear the tantrum. I know it's picky but when you want to sleep, you don't want to be disturbed. I would advise anyone to avoid this place. And Expedia should be ashamed to promote this motel.

Not going back

I wouldn't recommend staying here. Its very sketchy. A lady stopped by my room as I was walking out and introduced herself as the cleaning lady. She asked if I needed anything and then proceeded to ask me for money.

Check in was quick and easy. No issues with key card. Glad that I brought Lysol wipes as the entire unit needed a good scrub. Found dead bugs on window sill when I tried to open window to air out unit. Instead had to prop open door. Flies were consistent roommates. Left trash and towels beside the door (multi-night stay) as I saw others doing the same. When I returned, the trash was not picked up. There was a new bag of fresh linens. Trash cans are nasty and need a good soaking and scrub. Internet was sporadic with a hotspot. TV occasionally froze. The good news: floor plan good, new floor in bathroom, water was hot. Rooms clearly labeled and easy to find. Fridge and microwave in room (both dirty). Oh, and the pool is not in operation.

Pool was unusable. No amenities at all.

Staff was pleasant. I almost didn't check in because my first impression was of the lobby being very smelly like smoke and body odor. Rooms were clean though the furnishings were run down. For instance, the armoire door was jammed shut and we had to pry it open to access the refrigerator. The sink basin was also cracking. Room smelled very musty and even though it was a non-smoking room, it also smelled like smoke. Pieces of the plaster ceiling were falling. The pool area was covered in dead potted plants.

The room smells. No AC was on to ventilate the stale room. I sign up for pay when I got there and the charged my credit ahead of time. I will never stay there again. Poorly maintained.

Not going back there.

Everyrhing was greay

Horrible! Holes in walls, cigarette burns on bed spread, hole in bathroom door, filthy floor and bathroom, not cleaned after last guests, dirty towels in tub, antique phone and microwave, nothing works. Smells like weed and cigarettes. Last renovation probably 1970. Gas station bathroom would be safer/cleaner. Just say NO.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. Bugs all over the room. Bugs on the towels. Bubble gum stuck to the beds. We opened the room door and immediately went and asked for our money back. Please do not stay here

This place was atrocious. It smelled. There were bugs flying around in the room. There were bed bugs. The was a thick scum on the bathtub drain. I was itching so I took a wash cloth wet it down from the sink and washed the areas of my body that itches and I immediately turned my key in and asked for refund. Hotel.com contacted them and refused to refund because they sai I showered since was cloth was used. The health dept sould shut this place down!
