Super happy with this place and would definitely stay again.

Rooms did not smell freshly cleaned. Beds comfortable. No guide to tv channels. Good breakfast items. Friendly staff.

We were only there for about 2 hours and we heard some fighting going on in the room beside us, so we had to.pack up and leave.

Everything was great except for the surrounding buildings

The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The parking lot is clean and safe. The room is clean and neat. The breakfast area is great, they had waffles, muffins, bagels, cereals, fruits, coffee and juice. Good amount of breakfast.

My stay at SureStay was pleasant and quiet. I had no problems with the traffic or neighborhood. It was not noisy. A very safe environment and close to downtown. Bud and Hamsita were very accommodating and friendly.

Good experience for the price, usually when the price is more affordable than others, so is service and quality, but this place was nice and had a very kind staff and I honestly didn’t see or find anything wrong. Thank you for the stay!

It was a good cheap stay. The breakfast area is small but sufficient. My only complaint was that the neighborhood was very sketchy.

Nice hotel at good price

The staff were amazing! I was originally going to be traveling with another girl, but I ended up traveling alone at the last minute. I am in a wheelchair, and not only did they come outside to me when they saw me wrestling a wheelchair out of the car, and asked for my ID and card to check me in without having me come inside, but they also asked since I was traveling alone instead of with someone else if I wanted to be in an accessible hotel room they had available since I only needed one bed, so I ended up with a much nicer room than I expected, which was a lot easier for me to get around. The hotel room was clean. The bed was soft. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which was amazing since I packed all of my lunches and dinners for that trip. They have an amazing continental breakfast. I had a bagel with cream cheese and a banana every day. They held the door of the breakfast/front desk area for me to make it easier to get in and out with the wheelchair every time I went there. Checking out was easy. Parking was easy. All of the staff that I interacted with were kind. I highly recommend this hotel!

Best bang for your buck! We stayed here for a concert, it was only 7 mins away from the venue (The Orion). Super clean, nice room, and quiet! Kind staff and decent free breakfast :)
