I could have complained and I know i could have had my sheets changed but a stained bottom sheet, and a red wine stained duvet cover even if "clean" is just not for me. I do understand i paid $120, which was $50 less than the property I usually stay at, but this space is just not for me. I was met with kindness, and the room had the basics but the stained fabric chair was also too much for need. I pulled off the sheets and since I was moving my household, just used my own duvet and top cover. I did not ask for the problem to be fixed, as I can be tolerant, but I felt I overpaid for what I got. The place is old- I get it- the shower head is too low and the shower taps leak- fine by me. But I will pay the extra $50 next time for where I usually stay.

I am a frequest traveler. This jas been the worst place I've ever stayed at. The pictures are not the exact the way the rooms are. Smelly, dirtiest rooms. Yellow in colour, like someone has been smoking in the same room from last 50 years. Most terrible experience ever.

It's about what youd expect for a motel. 2 comfortable queen beds and a bathroom. Good for a night, simple, fairly clean, what you need for the night

Room was clean but dated. Bed felt like a futon but did the job. Staff was friendly. Great parking for large vehicles and trailers. Room was nice and cool when we first checked in but the ac u it seemed to have a hard time keeping up thru the night. Ice machine wasn’t working either. For the price I’d stay here again as a stopover. Good location

Everything was great, I just like a harder bed mattress

Price was above average for what it is and how last minute of a booking it was. The bed was clean-ish, found a few random specks of dirt, which wasn’t a suuuuper big deal. Not sure if they cleaned the floors at all because as soon as i took my shoes off the whole place was mildly sticky.. The unit had AC which was good, theres parking right outside your door which was a huge plus, The Staff came in clutch that night and waited for me 5 mins before closing, for a late check-in which i appreciate. Would recommend in a pinch! im sure the minor flaws were just a one-off , I would consider staying here the next time I spend a night at Cache Creek. Also would like to point out the Google Maps directions was inaccurate, it sends you to the street behind the motel right by where the parked RVs and the bums are huddled around.

Okay, I know this is a motel, but let's take care of your travellers and make them feel safe. There was a mix up in the first place and the agent gave our room to another person because they mixed up our name...that wasn't horrible, he felt bad. He told us, don't worry your room is very nice. The bed was dressed with cry nice and clean sheets and covers. The main light switch at the door didn't work, so we walked into a strange motel room in pure darkness.., not safe. When we found a light beside the bed we felt better. We could see that the room was small, that really wasn't bad, but the little things were adding up.... An old bathroom counter with an aged Kleenex holder that was hanging out of the counter. The bathroom light didn't work either, unless you used the outside of bathroom light. The tub was stained (old) drywall was peeling away from the wall. The door lock is flimsy at best. A bit of an investment would go a long way!

So I know it’s a small rural area but I paid $200 for the night and the room which was supposed to be pet free, had pet hairs all over the place. The heat and microwave never worked. Thankfully we were hustling there for a night and it wasn’t that cold. Not recommended for families. Thanks

The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. A few small improvements could make the experience even better, but overall it was enjoyable and worth the visit. I would recommend this place to other travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
