Clean and safe!

Staff was friendly and helpful; clean rooms

It would have been amazing had the staff been friendly. After requesting a late check out they knocked on the door to get me up at 1104. Drug me Downstairs to pay a second deposit or 100. They treated us like criminals and vagabond the entire time. I will never be back here!!! I have stayed in many different hotels and this goes down as one of the worst! Oh, and the pool was out of order also!!!

Bathrooms were dirty, overall the hotel looked dirty. Wish they disclosed somewhere prior to booking that the pool wasnt open

The place was a little run down, the elevator was sketch and the beds are not the most comfortable but it's a budget place to stay and off the freeway and that's it.

I enjoyed my stay. I drove from the hotel to the camp meeting that I attended. The staff were amazing. The room was clean. It needed a few repairs but I would stay there again without question.

No hot tub at all, even though they say they have one online. The ONLY reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. Brrakfast was completely empty. Waited around never brought out any more eggs. The room itself was a good size, beds were nice.

False advertising as property advertised indoor pool which was why this hotel was chosen. Pool not available. Breakfast very poor

Did not even stay. Hotel was dark and looked closed. No cars in lot. They advertise a pool and hot tub but both don’t work. Staff was rude. Couldn’t be more disappointed in a hotel

Room had not been cleaned. We couldn't even shower because the tub was so nasty! Old hotel that needs updated and cleaned throughout.

Trying to understand why or how the staff said that I reserved a handicap room when I only reserved a king size bed room

Desk staff not very friendly, musty smell in room, cold water in pool, worst breakfast I have ever seen -- not even any cereal. Would not recommend.

The bed looked new but the room was dirty as far as the carpet. The bathtub i would not even try. Hallway were filthy. And room smelled like smoke.
