Breakfast as expected

Some double tree's are very tired looking but this one even though it looks like an office building from the outside is great on the inside and the room I had was great.

Disappointed with my evening meal. Salad old!! Presentation with food on plate didn't look appealing. 2 very large kababs dumped ontop of soggy salad. Pitta brad not fresh either

This hotel had the most comfortable beds ever and the room was amazing. I got a nice upgrade and great value for money.

Room was clean but toilet could have done with a good clean, especially around the rim.

Check in simple and straight forward staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast in the morning was varied with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean good parking safe breakfast perfect great hotel

Room wasn’t dark enough for a good nights sleep as emergency lighting. No room service menu available. Breakfast was poor as buffet style with limited selection. Drink choice was poor as coffee from a machine tastes horrible. It’s a shame you couldn’t offer a healthier cookie without the rapeseed oil ingredients! You also need some bins outside or in reception. Also not keen on the red decor in the room, doesn’t seem relaxing. Bottle of water in fridge couldn’t be opened. If you’re going to supply a fridge, why not supply fresh milk instead of UHT?

The check in and out process was so easy. Lady at reception was polite and helpful! Room was a good size for 3 people and very clean!

Clean and convenient.

Room and overall hotel was clean, love the fact that you are able to regulate the temperature in the room. Breakfast was edible.Staff was helpful especially the receptionist Michael, 100%. There was at one point we were being racially profile, once we informed the manager she stated that she would deal with the situation. Have no idea of the outcome. We are not going to make that incident cloud our judgment. We/I will return. Wi-Fi signal was good.
