Nice hotel in great part of city. Super friendly staff.

Great hotel in a great location. Tube straight outside hotel made it super easy to get around.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food was also great.

Not sure value for money. Very expensive for basically a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Room wasn’t overly large.

It is good place for a hotel for new people visiting London you close to almost attractions, and the staff makes you feel at home

Nice facility centrally located to all parts of London. Bathroom is excellent with good linens, a Japanese style toilet, and quality soaps. Staff is courteous and exceedingly helpful.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at the hotel were exceptional. The property is somewhat dated but made up by very cleanliness throughout.

Location was perfect. staff were wonderful and the rooms were top notch. Only negative was the shower ...it's side was way to high to get into that tub to take a shower and im 6'2"

Beautiful hotel with the BEST location. Steps away from the tube which will take you anywhere. Within walking distance of many sites, shopping, restaurants, etc. (if you like to walk - we walked miles every day). The negative? The hairdryer provided only worked in an outlet in the bedroom. Wouldn’t work with the international outlet that we brought. Not the best for someone who needs a hairdryer with a mirror in the morning.

I like the location of the Hotel and attention to detail of the staff. Should probably get more restaurants for breakfasts option. Love the Spa and the gym
