The outside patio was great to have just to sit and unwind

The hotel was nice and clean, but the hot tub did not work, and the pillows were not comfortable at all. Would stay again but take my own pillows.

Very good position, nice yard, very quiet, great location. Stuff needs to learn some manners... The receptionist very rude. We asked for 4 bottles of water (that we didn't get at all at check in) and the receptionist was very rude accusing us of lying that we did get them earlier, and he barely gave us 2 bottles. Really that's not how you treat your guests.

Such a great place to stay - rooms are beautiful and spacious - close to shopping and dining - staff are very friendly and welcoming -will definitely be back again!

The only good thing about the hotel is the building. Poor customer service, no shuttle from and to the airport, no breakfast for so much. I was double charged and didn't realize it until later. I called and was told, they'll call me back. They never did until I called them before I was told, the bank has been instructed to release my funds, "it was a mistake" I do not recommend this hotel for no one.

The springs in the bed were not very good and it sags on the edge where you sit to get into bed… the toilet seal was leaking but the front desk was so kind and offered help. I don’t travel very often so I was expecting more for the $. It was quiet and comfy and I slept well.

This hotel is right beside the venue of Assembly Park, 3 minute walk, amazing

We got a lovely corner room that was very well kept and clean. It was close to the shopping we were looking to do, and great food delivery options in the area.

Wonderful hotel off the beaten road you need to drive to get to places but I felt it was clean not a lot of traffic. I’d stay again.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful when needed. Our room was very spacious and beautiful.
