Didn't even give a plastic cup to rinse your mouth with. Very limited breakfast(Which was late). Smelly room. As soon as I pulled into the property and saw the grass was a foot high i figured it wasn't going to be very good.

AS A BUSINESS, I BOOKED A STAY FOR A CLIENT. HE ARRIVED TO FIND THE ROOM VERY DIRTY. THERE WAS EVEN HAIR ON THE PILLOWS! WHEN ASKED FOR IT TO BE CLEANED OR TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM, THEY SAID NO. HE SLEPT ON A TOWEL ON TOP OF THE BED AND NO PILLOW. HE CHECKED OUT IN THE MORNING. HE WAS BOOKED FOR 5 NIGHTS. WE WERE ONLY REIMBURSED FOR TWO NIGHTS EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT. NEVER WILL I GO THERE OR SEND A CLIENT THERE AGAIN!!

Had to ask for plastic bags for the ice bucket, toilet lid was broken and wouldn’t stay in place, no cups in room, used toiletry item left in bathroom. Plastic molding in bathroom was face stapled onto the wall. Makes me think this is further proof that someone didn’t care to take the time to make things right regarding all aspects of this room/hotel. Also makes me question how clean the room was. Breakfast was a joke!!! Hardly any choices for breakfast and the racks for the breakfast items were mostly empty. Waffles were the only good thing for breakfast.

Front desk attendant was no where to found for like 25 mins upon check in- husband knocked on bathroom door then he emerged. Same situation upon check out but like 10 mins since where knew where to find him. Says non smoking but all you can smell weed- to the point of a headache- bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was only thing decent- although it was running water the rest of the night after a flush. Area around hotel has clothes and trash strewn around. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel is convenient for many events that I attend in the Connecticut and Massachusetts areas and is usually quiet and comfortable. However it is starting to show it's age. Faded carpets, bedspreads, window seat cushions. also, tub and toilet are showing age and wear. I hate to see the condition deteriorating, as it is a place that I have stayed at for many years

Basic roadside hotel. Felt more like a motel. Cheap enough but lacks any warmth and welcoming. Pros were clean bed and workable AC. Free parking. Cons were rust residue in toilet bowl, thin walls and loud neighbors, no hot water at breakfast for tea or oatmeal. Police were questioning the desk manager when I arrived ! Avoid this hotel if you can. If you don’t care then stay

Unfortunately there was nof friendly reception just the opposite was asked could I help you and I stated that i had a reservation everdentally she did hear me and raised her voice and asked again then asks for an ID and proceeded to slap it on the desk i was very uncomfortable good help is hard to find

Dirty. Room wasnt cleaned. Spilled sticky substance all over the table. Sheets stained. Loud almost yelling people until 2am. Section 8 dwellers and i even got to see a drug deal when me and my son were going to my truck to go out for breakfast.

Hello, I have been waiting for someone with Expedia to reach back to me. The experience at Days Zion was the eorst I’ve ever experienced in my 50+ years of traveling The front check cell was rude, the inside of the property was filthy, the rooms were awful, the sheets had stains on them, carpets not vacuumed, went to ask for a new room, some worker named Jamie started yelling at me, I was afraid to stay there, had to ask to cancel my reservation and asked for my money back, tried to call Expedia and Days Inn Inc. About this awful experience I had to rebook through Expedia for another place to stay I’ve noticed I’ve been charged and I want my money back and for a human to call me back 902-802-3951 Leo

I booked this hotel before the terrible reviews started rolling in. Room was dingy, no cleaning done during our stay, loud people in the lobby after hours. We cut our stay short by one night. We let them know a couple of days before, made sure it was ok, the manager assured us they would take care of giving us the extra night refund. Checked my credit card statement a few days later --no refund. They won't answer the phone. They didn't answer when Expedia called, either. Room smelled like an old smoker's house, even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking.

In our room we were only given half a roll of toilet paper and could never find someone to ask for another roll. One of the towels was ripped and should have been trashed and not put for use for another costumer. Our king size bed had 3 pillows for 2 people to share.
