My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we come and visit family. The staff, rooms, and entertainment is always nice.

Super nice beds

Easy and convenient

Easy check in right next to a Denny’s, which was quick for meals. Slept like a baby.

The breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

Tucked back off the main road in an older commercial area. Denny's next door looks a little sketchy but Domino's is close by.

We were very happy with this hotel. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was far better than most.

We were looking for a cheap place to stay for a few nights and this fit the bill. It didn't have the bells and whistles, but we were not paying for those. The area was nice.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby and breakfast buffet are clean and good food, very convenient. Bedrooms are quite dated, floors were sticky and shower lever broken. Overall not bad for the price and close to the highway, which is quite helpful during travel.

Hallway smelled terrible. Very small room and toilet was hard to flush. Staff seemed very nice.

I stayed at this hotel last year when I was in town for a conference and thought the hotel met all my needs then. I rebooked to stay at this hotel again this year while in town for the conference again. Nothing frilly about the hotel, just quiet and nice rooms. Location is great for accessing St. Paul. Lots of options nearby for lunch or dinner. Hotel has a breakfast, but I only grabbed some coffee and headed to my conference. I did see an automatic pancake maker which looked fun if I had more time! I did see a variety of bread, english muffins and other pastries as well as cereals. I didn't really check any further for additional breakfast items. I will stay here again while in town for my convention next year.

Noise from elevator movement was disturbing.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Check in was efficient. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Bedding and towels were good. Close to Excel Energy Center; just a quick 11-15 minute drive.

We always stay at the Livinn when visiting family in St Paul. It never disappoints.
