They let us check in early because of a flight change

there was no parking and i was charged when i parked outside on side street.

The hotel itself was ok, going through renovations. Area around hotel seemed unsafe, limited dining options. Breakfast was good, but snacks offered or available very limited.

Under renovation. Our room was new and spotless with a great bed. When I phoned from Canada about shuttle service I was told only the pickup times. We wasted some time finding out the pick up was from P4 . Upon arrival there there was no sign for this hotel. Again we had to ask many questions , All this frustration could have been answered avoided with better information on my original inquiry.

To travel to NYC is a little hectic using NJ transit

Good shuttle service made it easy to and from airport. Wall are thin and could hear people in next room talking and baby crying in the middle of the night. Close to highway so some traffic noise.

Room not clean (especially bathtub). The complimentary breakfast was atrocious- found mold on a bagel I was about to eat. Only stayed one night so just made the best of it but would not stay here again.

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel currently. Hotel anppears to be a little older and worn down. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

The hotel was under construction. They started before 8 in the morning on a Saturday. There was not enough parking. The staff seem unconcerned.
