This is neither a family place nor individual travellers. It has nothing to offer. Dull check-in, zero amenities. I would not recommend this place.

The room itself was great, it was updated and relatively new, however there was a cigarette burn on one of the comforters and stains on the other one. There was no light over the one vanity/mirror in the room, which was weird. There was a “place” for a light but no actual light or switch. One mattress was spring and the other was memory foam, which I thought was nice to give people a choice to sleep on. The ice machine did not work the whole night I was there. One other complaint was that there were people standing outside the room for 2-3 hours at 11pm-1am talking loudly and even with the AC running you could hear everything. There’s no noise ordinances and nothing we could do about this and no staff available at that time. The hotel is super close to restaurants and walking distance to the downtown strip.

It was ok, as expected for motel 6. No frills check-in process. Pets staying free is a plus. Rooms are not soundproofed, heard 2 men walk past my room and bang on the door of the room next to me at 4 am, that was most unwelcome.

Nice & well maintained.

Air con not fully serviceable in many of the room. Thermostats are broken which means the machines short cycle and turn off and won't turn back on until appox 26-28 C. This issue was brought up with the hotel who said they know it's an issue on many of the rooms. Motel 6 and Expedia should be embarrassed with this false and misleading advertising. Rooms were not serviced of staying more than one night and the shower drain backs uo if the sink is used. On the positive, good location.

The refrigerator would randomly get really noisy. Like that electricity noise but super loud. I told the person in charge but he was just a kid, probably 20 years old and he said "that's because it's connected to the electricity" which it was the dumbest argument. I showed him the videos I took and he just shrug his shoulders and said it was because it was plugged in. I told him I couldn't rest all night because it was so loud and he didn't care. I'll never go back and will write more reviews on other apps. I should get a full refund for bad service.

Was great. Large room with fridge and microwave! Accessible shower was the best feature. Quite and bed was great. Only wished I had coffee pot in room. The young lady who checked me in was very nice. Only issue, deadbolt on door. Hard to lock.

Super good location, really enjoy Williams and decide last minutes to stay a night more. People are great.

Two kids working late night as reception but they gave us the wrong key to other people unit. Other than that the room was clean and nice bed.

Recently renovated. Very Clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, only hand soap was provided.

I stayed here for a day with the family and the place was old and smelly. Staff was nice but the place was completely run down

Roku TV The best!!! The shower was very good too! Room was pretty good just not very many amenities, but it made do for 1 night

There was a white truck parked outside the hotel taking suspicious pictures of the hotel. It made my family very uncomfortable. They were there for several hours.

they were rude. acted like i was wasting there time . no soap or wash cloths.
