Great hotel - nice and central for everything you need during your stay in Nice. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars / 10 minutes walk to the train station/ 10 minutes walk to the promenade. Tram stop 2 minutes walk up the road from the hote for getting to and from the airport.

Hotel is well located for both the beach and the train station. Lots of restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Breakfasts was excellent.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good. The room was dirty - mold in the shower and on the shower curtain, the shelves in the closet were dusty and I cleaned the grime on the door next to the lock. The fitness center only had one treadmill and it was out of order.

Booked for 3 night checked in at 10pm went to room ac was not working in the heat of 32c asked the desk is there something wrong the guy said yes your ac is broken down we are aware of it but can’t do nothing until Tomorrow morning couldn’t sleep at all they wouldn’t refund me so I can go elsewhere not fair at all.

Close to the beach and the train station. The street leading to the hotel has 4 Michelin restaurants! We sampled 2 and they are wonderful!
