The best mattress on my king bed in a very long time and an excellent standup shower that was great. All staff speak to the guests. Excellent place, lots of families at breakfast. Missed the food goodies in afternoon because of other commitments. Thank you.

This might be one of the quietest hotels ive ever stayed at. Even with kids there, and a concert crowd....we neverheard anything once we got out of the lobby. The breakfast was awesome! Huge selection for free. The bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced!

The staff, no matter who it was, we're beyond friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more! Our room was fantastic, and the amenities were great. Not only free breakfast, but free dinner and happy hour! Wow!

We had a great stay - really perfect property ! Staff was friendly, professional, EVERYONE was super nice ! We loved the property and had a wonderful 3 night stay. Great location for downtown Grand Rapids.

It was a very well managed facility, but what stood out to us was the very attentive front desk staff, the very clean rooms, and the truly lovely breakfast buffet staff, who checked on us, bussed tables, and created a friendly and happy atmosphere. Good leadership creates happy staff, so we assume there is good leadership happening! Thanks
