Could improve signage

What a wonderful place to stay. The Ideal location, parking is super convenient. The rooms are great size and comfortable. All very clean. And the breakfast at FarmBell Kitchen is the best. Highly recommend if you prefer a smaller hotel.

Really nice for an older hotel. Right across from Notre Dame athletic fields. Only negatives are beds are hard (not terrible though), took forever for the water to heat up, and slightly dated decor. Room is huge. Clean. And close our venue.

Convenient location to the University of Notre Dame, particularly if you like to walk. The property is a little dated but comfortable.

Very nice room. #14 However, heater in bedroom was blowing cold air. Chilly room.. tv not working in bedroom, called but they said use remote. I did. Didn't work. 1 night , i managed. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff great. Yes, ill return. Great location too.

I will try to book directly to hotel rather than Expedia as a result in adding an additional day communication with Expedia took a great deal of time and effort for a 75 year old and issue remained unresolved until hotel staff assistance.

The property is super convenient to campus. My son played in a rugby match and it is about a mile to Stinson field. It's also 6-8 min from our favorite restaurant The Lauber. The room was large and spacious. The decor is a little dated but not horrible. The bed was very comfortable which is really all we cared about anyway. The breakfast is standard fare with the nice exception that they will do cook to order eggs which was a nice treat. Easy parking, easy access to campus and restaurants- we will stay again when we come.

Super nice staff. Room clean just needs a little updating. Walk to Notre Dame is fabulous.

Staff was nice. Building was antiquated. Furnishings in room were stained and retro 1970s. Definitely overpriced for the accommodations and especially off season. This should be associated with a motel 6
