Great hotel, best views you could hope for across the bay. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

The hotel itself is nice, but they did not clean the pool when we made an appointment they had 3 hours before. We saw them cleaning it the next day for others. The restaurant delayed serving us for some reasons and many others were served first. Although the food was good. ***We are Black women travelors

We love everything was great except in the rooms they need darker curtains because at 5am sun light wake you up but out of that super thank you

This property was on a hill away from the city, a huge contrast which I appreciated

Great hotel, with fantastic & friendly staff.

The room had no curtains and only a thin cover. Therefore we woke up at 5am every morning due to this. There was also loud guests outside our room consistently which management never did anything about. Regarding the staff at the main check in desk, they were rude, unhelpful and condescending.

The staff was quite friendly and very professional. It was much appreciated.

The hotel beautifully furnished. Very clean. In a great location. Fabulous view. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Good selection of breakfast fare and restaurant food lovely.

I really enjoyed stay at this property and the view from the common areas and our room were spectacular!

Only critique was the cost for the pre-arranged ride to the Port, which was twice as expensive as a taxi. Felt taken advantage of.

Have stayed here multiple times and will likely return again, but our particular room had the tiniest awkward bathroom, and wasn't serviced properly - no restocking of fridge, glasses, cups, tissue, towels, etc. The breakfast, dining room, and bar staff were excellent. The front desk staff, not so much, sadly.

THE BEST

Pros: The scenery is stunning, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cons: The rooms are quite small and situated too close to the adjacent building, which made us feel uncomfortable about opening the drapes.

Great restaurant. Outdoor lounge area with a wonderful view of the Bay, Mt. Vesuvius, and Naples. Staff is attentive and helpful.

Friendly staff and clean accommodation. Close to a popular pizza restaurant in the area.
