the staff was great

My husband, our adult daughter, and I stayed at Aressana Hotel & Spa from March 31–April 6 and had an amazing experience. We booked a junior suite with a shared pool, which was beautiful and very comfortable. Although the first few days were windy and cold, the weather improved to sunny skies and perfect temperatures in the 60s. It was too chilly to swim, but we loved relaxing on the patio with coffee and enjoying the lush surroundings. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. From the shuttle driver and bell attendant to the front desk, housekeeping team, spa staff, and restaurant servers—everyone was kind, welcoming, and always eager to help with a smile. We experienced a significant Sahara sandstorm during our stay, and the team did an incredible job cleaning and restoring the property quickly. The hotel remained spotless and stunning. It was impressive to see such dedication and teamwork. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of authentic Greek options. We made wonderful family memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful property located in the heart of Fira. We had a great and clean room. This is a family owned hotel and it is shown by the staff. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. 100% recommend. It was a great stay.

Loved everything about this place especially the location and not having to go up and down multiple steps to get to the hotel like many others. So convenient to everything.

Relaxing and friendly stay at Aressana. Eleni at reception went over and above to recommend places to visit on the island and the best restaurants to avoid the crowds. Breakfast is all delicious and the staff everywhere are so welcoming.

This hotel is in the perfect spot!! Everything is in walking distance and the place is spotless!! Staff was very helpful and set up our airport transfers for us which was wonderful. Our room had a beautiful view where we watched the sun rise on our last morning. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Lots of options!!! I feel like we really got lucky with this place!!

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to be helpful for everyone. The breakfast was good. And the location is perfect if you’re killing to stay in Fira.

The chef at Aressana is amazing! Best food we've had in all of Greece! From the chefs welcome, to the amazing views, Aressanas customer service is perfection. The location is also amazing, in the heart of everything you want to see in Fira!! Would definitely stay again!
