I walked into my room with a worker chilling watching tv with her daughter and husband on the phone with her and when I arrived the person at front desk Indian looking dude not to be rude gave attitude and said “do not reck the room”

Not bad for the price and convenience

We stayed one night, we also arrived late night(after midnight) and they accommodated us with this issues. The hotel was quiet, clean and staff courteous.

No restaurants around except dennys at night

Front desk staff rude as she ignored guests while eating and talking at the desk with a friend and had food all over the table. No room service or maid service ever cleaned or took out trash. Fitness center is only 3 machines which none worked/had power. Using pull up bar goes right into the ceiling tiles.

Convenient location to friends I was visiting. Easy access and parking. Spacious, clean, well-furnished room.

Worst hotel i ever stayed at the reception where super rude at night checking in and the morning of checking out really rude ladies! Will never stay there at again!

Should have read reviews on the shuttle, I stood at shuttle pickup spot for 40min waiting and called twice. The staff on the phone made it sound like the shuttle should be there, didn't tell me they only leave every 30min and hadn't even left the hotel yet and she didn't ask for my callback number to ensure I didn't miss it. The front desk service was terrible when I finally got there, ignored me and just handed me a room key with no paperwork after running my card. Once I found my way to my room, with no instruction, I had what looked like hair in my bed. I slept on top of the sheets for 6hr, woke up and left to my next destination. Wouldn't stay here again.

The website said their was Continental breakfast. But there was non just the restaurant in the lobby. The website also said they preferred cash but when I went to pay in cash the lady behind the counter got up set and told my they only took cards

I recently experienced disappointing service during my stay, as I was required to carry my own luggage to my room. Additionally, the shuttle bus driver inadvertently damaged my bag while handling it. I am awaiting a response to my email regarding this matter, hoping for a prompt resolution.

My first room smelled and was dirty. I asked for another room and the staff obliged. That room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Even the non-smoking halls smelled of marijuana. Sometimes parking is scarce. But overall it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and the restaurant downstairs has a good breakfast and good service.

Stayed here many times in the past, but will not stay there again. Each floor smelled of marijuana.

The restaurant in the lobby is excellent very good food and friendly staff highly recomend. Its just the lack of parking after a certain time at night we parked in front of the asain restaurant which we were told was ok to do.

Daytime check in staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The gentleman who was there for the overnight shift was much better. The hotel smelled like weed with the smell even coming into our room through the vents. The hotel itself was older and furnishings worn, but that’s not unexpected in a budget hotel. Restaurant downstairs is much better than you’d expect given its location. We were only there to avoid spending the day in the airport so didn’t actually stay the night, but I wouldn’t go here again.
